Those who use Google Forms, Dify, and Chatwork and want to integrate these apps to further streamline operations
Benefits and Examples of Integrating Google Forms, Dify, and Chatwork
Benefit 1. Improved Work Speed
By automatically generating responses to inquiries received via Google Forms in Dify and notifying the results in Chatwork, manual data entry tasks are eliminated. This is expected to improve work speed and productivity. For example, in the customer support department, it is anticipated that the burden of checking and entering form content will be reduced, allowing staff to focus more on customer support. Reducing manual processing helps allocate more time to tasks that require attention.
Benefit 2. Prevention of Human Errors
Manual tasks are prone to input errors and information leaks, but automating these tasks can help prevent human errors. By integrating apps, Dify accurately processes data obtained from Google Forms and sends it to Chatwork, reducing manual processes and lowering the possibility of missing or incorrect information. For example, even with complex inquiries, automation ensures error-free processing, leading to reliable customer support. Furthermore, automation ensures accurate data transfer, eliminating the need to repeatedly check multiple tools, allowing for worry-free operation.
Benefit 3. Streamlined Communication
With the automatic notification of content sent via Google Forms and responses generated in Dify in Chatwork, communication among team members becomes smoother. Since necessary information related to customer support can be checked only in Chatwork, the process of verification is reduced, and an improvement in customer support speed is expected. For example, in support teams, automatic notifications of inquiries from forms assist in quick situation assessment and response progression. As each member can immediately grasp the situation, duplicate responses and verification errors are reduced, supporting enhanced team collaboration.
Now, let's explain how to use the no-code tool Yoom to automatically create responses in Dify and notify Chatwork when an inquiry occurs in Google Forms. [What is Yoom]
How to Automatically Create Responses in Dify and Notify Chatwork When an Inquiry Occurs in Google Forms
It is possible to achieve this by receiving inquiries sent from Google Forms using the Google Forms API and automatically generating response content using the API provided by Dify. Additionally, by using the API provided by Chatwork, it is possible to notify Chatwork. Generally, programming knowledge is required to achieve this, but with the no-code tool Yoom, it can be easily accomplished without programming knowledge. This time, we will create it through the following major processes.
Integrate Google Forms, Dify, and Chatwork with My Apps
Copy the template
Set triggers in Google Forms and set actions in Dify and Chatwork
Set the trigger to ON and complete the preparation for flow operation
If you are registered with Yoom, please log in, and if you are not registered, please proceed with the settings after registering for free.
Step 1. Integrate Google Forms, Dify, and Chatwork with My Apps
First, integrate Google Forms, Dify, and Chatwork with My Apps. After logging into Yoom, click on "My Apps" on the left side of the screen and proceed with the settings from "+ New Connection".
Search for Google Forms and click on it.
Then sign in with "Sign in with Google".
After signing in, you will see "Yoom is requesting access to your Google Account", so press "Continue". This completes the integration with My Apps.
Next, search for Dify and click on it.
*For instructions on how to integrate Dify with My Apps, please refer to here.
Set any name for "Account Name". Enter the API key issued by Dify for "Access Token". Click "Add" after entering to complete the integration with My Apps.
Next, search for Chatwork and click on it.
Log in using any method.
Once you allow the access request, the integration with My Apps is complete.
Next, proceed with the setup using the Flowbot template. Log in to Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.
A message saying "Template has been copied!" will appear, so click "OK" to complete the copy.
Step 2. Set up Google Form Trigger
Next, set up the Google Form trigger. Click "When a response is submitted to the form".
Next, check the "Account information to integrate with Google Form". You can freely edit the title, but leave the trigger action as is, and click "Next".
Select the "Trigger interval" from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan. Refer to the annotation to obtain and enter the "Form ID" from the corresponding form URL. For how to obtain the response content when using Google Form as a trigger, please refer to here. Once you have finished entering everything, send a test response with the specified form and click "Test".
Confirm that the response information is displayed in the output and click "Save".
Step 3. Set up Dify Action
Next, set up the Dify action. Click "Send chat message".
As before, perform optional title editing and account information verification, and click "Next" without changing the action.
Set the message content to be sent to Dify. Since Dify generates response content based on the sent message, enter a message including "Inquiry content" in "query". "Inquiry content" can be selected from the suggestions displayed when you click the field. Enter a half-width alphanumeric value (arbitrary identifier) for "user" as per the annotation.
Once everything is set, click "Test", confirm the output content, and then click "Save".
Step 4. Set up Chatwork Action
Next, set up the Chatwork action. Click "Send message".
As before, perform optional title editing and account information verification, and click "Next".
Next, set up the Chatwork connection and message content. Obtain and enter the "Room ID" from Chatwork. The "Message" can be optionally edited, and by clicking the field, you can quote information obtained from Google Form or Dify. This time, we will notify a message including "Inquiry content" and "Response content" as shown in the image. Once each item is set, click "Test". Once you confirm that the message has been sent to Chatwork, click "Save".
Click "Turn on trigger" to complete the preparation for flow operation. Now, when there is an inquiry through Google Form, the response content will be automatically created by Dify and notified to Chatwork.

Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
