How to integrate Google Meet with Slack to send a notification to Slack when a meeting ends in Google Meet

Clicking will take you to Yoom's template site.

This completes the template copy and it has been saved to My Projects in Yoom.

Step 1: Register My Apps

Next, we will register the apps you will use in Yoom.
This operation allows you to create a flowbot by linking the registered apps.

1. Connect Google Meet

Click on My Apps → New Connection displayed at the top left of Yoom's workspace.

On the New Connection screen of My Apps, search for Google Meet and click on it.

Click Sign in with Google.

Select the account you want to connect.

Click Next.

Select Continue.

This completes the integration with Google Meet.

2. Connect Slack

Next, let's register Slack in My Apps.
As before, click on My Apps → New Connection displayed at the top left of Yoom's workspace.

On the New Connection screen of My Apps, search for Slack and click on it.

Select the channel to post to from the dropdown and click Allow.

This completes the registration of My Apps.

Step 2: Set Google Meet Trigger

Now, let's click on the item "When the meeting ends" to set up the flowbot!

1. Select Linked Account and Action

・The title can be changed.
・Check the information of the account to be linked and click "Next".

2. Set API Connection for App Trigger

・Set the trigger activation interval and perform a test.
Note: Triggers can be set to activate at intervals of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.

If the test is successful and Google Meet information is obtained as output, click "Save".

Step 4: Set Slack Action

Next, let's set up Slack.
Click on the item "Send a message to the channel" and proceed with the setup.

1. Select Linked Account and Action

・The title can be changed.
・Check the information of the account to be linked and click "Next".

2. Set API Connection

・Set the channel ID to post to.
・Enter the content you want to post in the message.
・As shown in the attached document, selecting Google Meet information from the output while entering makes it easier to convey meeting information.
・Once everything is entered, test it, and if it can be posted to Slack, click "Save".

When the setup is complete, the attached image will be displayed.

Click Turn on Trigger.
This completes the flowbot setup!
