How to Create an Automatic Product Description Generation Flow Using Google Sheets and Anthropic (Claude)

From here, we will actually proceed with integrating Google Sheets and Anthropic (Claude) using Yoom.
This flow involves "creating product descriptions using Anthropic (Claude) based on product information added to Google Sheets and updating them in Google Sheets."

  • Integrate Yoom with each app as My Apps
  • Copy the template
  • Set triggers in Google Sheets and configure operations including Anthropic (Claude)
  • Turn on the trigger to complete the flow activation preparation

The flow is completed with the above process. No programming knowledge is required, and the setup is easy.
Click "Try it" from the banner below to proceed with the setup together.

The initial setting is "When a row is added".
Click here and check if it is linked to the correct account.

__wf_reserved_inherit

If linked with a different account, select the correct account from the "Google Sheets Account Information" options.
Note that the title can be changed to any text. Without changing the trigger action, press "Next" to proceed with the settings.

Next, specify the trigger activation interval with Google Sheets to retrieve product information.
Set the activation time and select/input the spreadsheet ID and sheet ID.
Note that the trigger can be set to activate at intervals of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
The shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan, so please be careful.

Select a column with unique values so that there are no duplicate values within the same column.
In this case, since Google Sheets is set up as shown below, "Product Name" is used as the unique value.

In Google Sheets, if you want to update the product descriptions within the same sheet, specify the same one; if you want to compile only the generated product descriptions in a different sheet, specify a different sheet.
Once all settings are complete, click "Next" to confirm the connection.

Once the connection is confirmed, click "Next" and set the conditions for updating the records.
