Step 1: Integrate Google Sheets and Anthropic (Claude) with My App
First, integrate Google Sheets and Anthropic (Claude) with Yoom's My App.
This allows you to retrieve product information from Google Sheets and generate product descriptions using Anthropic (Claude).
First, log in to Yoom, and from the left menu, click "My App" and then "+ New Connection".

After that, the "New App Connection" screen will appear, displaying various apps.
On this screen, search for Google Sheets and Anthropic (Claude) and add each one.

When adding Google Sheets, allow all access permissions to Google Sheets during authentication.

Adding Anthropic (Claude) requires an API key. Please issue it in advance from this site.
Once each app is connected, proceed to flow settings.
Step 2: Set the Trigger

The initial setting is "When a row is added".
Click here and check if it is linked to the correct account.

If linked with a different account, select the correct account from the "Google Sheets Account Information" options.
Note that the title can be changed to any text. Without changing the trigger action, press "Next" to proceed with the settings.

Next, specify the trigger activation interval with Google Sheets to retrieve product information.
Set the activation time and select/input the spreadsheet ID and sheet ID.
Note that the trigger can be set to activate at intervals of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
The shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan, so please be careful.
Select a column with unique values so that there are no duplicate values within the same column.
In this case, since Google Sheets is set up as shown below, "Product Name" is used as the unique value.

Once the items are entered, click "Test" to obtain the output.
This retrieves the content of Google Sheets.

Finally, review the items and click "Save" to complete the trigger settings.
Step 3: Set Up Text Generation with Anthropic (Claude)

Set up an action to generate product descriptions from the retrieved product information using Anthropic (Claude).
In the initial setup, as with Google Sheets, make necessary title adjustments and ensure the correct account is selected.
Keep the action as "Generate Text" and press "Next" to proceed.

Finally, check each setting in the "API Connection Settings" to complete the Anthropic (Claude) setup.
Step 4: Update the Generated Product Descriptions in the Spreadsheet

Set up an action to automatically update the generated product descriptions in Google Sheets.
First, as before, confirm the account and spreadsheet ID.
Additionally, you can specify the sheet tab where the record updates will occur at the bottom of the same page.

In Google Sheets, if you want to update the product descriptions within the same sheet, specify the same one; if you want to compile only the generated product descriptions in a different sheet, specify a different sheet.
Once all settings are complete, click "Next" to confirm the connection.
Once the connection is confirmed, click "Next" and set the conditions for updating the records.

In this function, records are updated in rows that match "① Conditions for the record to be updated" with "② Values of the record after update".
In the above image, it instructs to "Generate Text" in the "Product Description" row of Google Sheets.
Once the settings are complete, click "Test" to verify if the product descriptions generated by Anthropic (Claude) are reflected in Google Sheets.
If successfully reflected, all settings are complete.
Finally, turn on the trigger to activate the flow.

Now, when information is updated in Google Sheets, the product descriptions will be automatically reflected.
