Step 1: Connect Google Sheets and Deel with My Apps

Register My Apps to connect Google Sheets and Deel to Yoom.
By registering My Apps first, you can easily set up automation.

First, register Google Sheets with My Apps.
Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen.

Next, proceed to register Deel with My Apps.
Similarly, find Deel from the app list or search for it in the search bar.

Enter your "Email Address" and "Password," then click "Log in."

Once both My Apps registrations are complete, Google Sheets and Deel will appear in My Apps.

Next, let's proceed with the setup using the Flowbot template.
Log in to Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.

The message "Template has been copied!" will be displayed, and clicking "OK" will complete the copy process.

Step 2: Set the Trigger

Next, set the trigger for Google Sheets. Please click "When a row is updated".

Please check the "Account information to integrate with Google Sheets".
You can freely change the title, but leave the trigger action as is and click "Next".

Next, set up the "App Trigger API Connection".
You can select the trigger interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.

Please select the "Spreadsheet ID" and "Sheet ID" from the options.

Confirm that the information is displayed and click "Save".

Step 3: Set the Action

Next, set the action for Deel. Click "Update Personal Information".

You can freely change the title, but do not change the execution action.

Set up the "API Connection".
You can input the output information obtained from the "App Trigger API Connection" into each item's "Output".
By setting the output of Google Sheets, employee information will be automatically reflected in Deel.
Please set the output that matches the item.

Step 4: Verify the Automation between Google Sheets and Deel

Finally, click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the automation setup.
