How to Create a Google Sheets and Discord Integration Flow
This flow bot has a wide range of use cases, so we have imagined a specific scenario to make it easier to visualize. The use case is "Web Media Management".
Things to Prepare in Advance
Please log in in advance to link the app to Yoom.
Google Sheets
Prepare the sheet to be updated. For the purpose of explaining the creation procedure, we have created a test sheet. It is positioned as a sheet for a media editor managing multiple articles to track the progress of writers' articles.
We would like to set it up so that notifications are sent every time the progress status dropdown in column D is updated.
Discord
Please prepare the following to authenticate access from Yoom.
Login information (email address and password)
Obtain the Webhook URL for the channel to be notified
Click this banner to copy it to "My Projects" in Yoom's workspace.
Once copied, click "Edit" at the top right to proceed with editing each process.

(2/2) API Connection Settings for App Trigger
Set the information to be extracted from the Google Sheets table created in advance.
Depending on the Yoom plan you use, there is a limit to the range of tables you can use. If you are trying the free plan, please try with a sheet of up to 500 rows.
Trigger Activation Interval: The timing for trigger activation can be set to 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. ※ The shortest interval that can be set for the trigger varies depending on the plan you use, so please check that point. It is recommended to use the shortest activation interval for that plan.
Spreadsheet ID: Click the edit field to pick up the sheets owned by the integrated Google account as candidates. This time, select the "Yoom Test Sheet" created in advance.
Sheet ID: Click the edit field to display the candidate sheet IDs. Table Range (Start): If you want the table range to be from A to H, specify "A". Table Range (End): If you want the table range to be from A to H, specify "H".
Column with Unique Values: Select the column name that does not have duplicate values within the column, such as email addresses or IDs (the column that serves as the unique key). Example: A Column to Detect Updates: Specify the column name for detecting updates. The flowbot will be activated when the value in the specified column is updated. Example: D
After entering, test and save if successful. In the output, the values that were pre-entered in the spreadsheet were extracted.
Step 3 Integrate with App "Send Message to Discord Text Channel"
Click the second process button.

(2/2) API Connection Settings
Set the specific Discord channel and the content to be sent. Webhook URL: Create a Webhook URL from the edit page of the destination channel and set the created URL. > Help: How to Obtain Webhook URL Message Content: You can set any text and also quote outputs from Google Sheets. Click the edit field to display candidates, and you can add them by selecting.
After setting, test and save if successful. The message content was sent to Discord. Since progress can be quickly understood, editors can give flexible instructions.
Step 4 Turn the Trigger Switch [ON]
When you turn the switch on the first process of the flowbot to [ON], the setup is complete. This completes the creation of the flowbot! Since I used a template, I was able to implement it in a short time even without specialized knowledge.
