Step 1: Connect Google Sheets and Mem with My App

Enter the name of the app to connect in the box.

Yoom is requesting additional access to your Google account Press Continue. When you move to the authentication screen, select the option to Allow all permissions.

■Prepare Google Sheets

Prepare the Google Sheets where you manage tasks you want to add. The example is set as follows, but you can set the item content as you like.

■Mem Settings

Click "My Apps" in the left column and search for Mem from "New Connection".

3. Register with Yoom

Click on the "When a row is added" icon in Google Sheets.
Check if there are any errors in the account information to be linked, enter the required fields, and click "Next".
Let's set the activation interval.
The trigger can be set to activate at intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.
Since the data in Google Sheets will be displayed in a list, click and insert the sheet you want to link. Similarly, set the sheet ID.
Specify the table range.
This time, the table range of the prepared Google Sheet will be A~E. Once the settings are complete, press the "Test button".
If "Success" is displayed, it is complete. Click Save. Step 3: Set the "Add Content to Mem" action in Mem
Click on the "Add Content to Mem" icon in Mem. Check if there are any errors in the account information to be linked, enter the required fields, and click "Next". Set up the API connection. Select the values for each item in the screen box.
※ Here, we will tentatively set "ID_Mem" as the Mem ID. Next, set up the Content. From the screen box, select the values of the records for each item from the data (output) returned by the system.

Once the settings are complete, click "Test" → "Test Success" → "Save". Step 4: Turn ON the trigger button
Once the Flowbot creation is complete, a display like the above will appear. The trigger is in the OFF state, so turn it ON.
