(4) Enter the "Account Name", "Device ID", "Merchant Code", and "SP Code" for the NP Kakebarai you want to integrate, and click [Add].

Move to the "My Projects" screen of your Yoom account and check the template content.

・Google Spreadsheet Trigger Settings
(1) First, set up the Google Spreadsheet app trigger.
From the My Projects on the left side of your Yoom account screen, click "【Copy】When a row is updated in Google Spreadsheet, request billing with NP Kakebarai".
After clicking, the template content will be displayed as shown in the screen below.
(2) First, click on the trigger "When a row is updated".
(3) Enter the account information to be linked and click [Next]. On the next screen, enter the information for "Trigger Activation Interval" and "Spreadsheet ID".
Select any of the following for "Trigger Activation Interval": 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. *Note that the trigger activation interval varies depending on the plan.
(4) For the "Spreadsheet ID" and "Sheet ID" fields, click the input bar to expand the information obtained from the account as "candidates" as shown in the screen below. Let's also make use of this information.
(6) After entering the information, click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save]. In this step, you can obtain information as output as shown below. The output information can be referenced and utilized in subsequent steps, as noted by "This value can be used in other operations."
・Check Branching Actions
(1) The second branching action is already set. Click "Command Operation" and check the settings.
(2) In this template, as shown in the screen below, the branching target output is specified as "Operation" for 'When a row is updated' and "Output" as 'Status'. Set "Output" and "Branching Conditions" as needed according to the situation. (In this case, it is set to be processed as 'OK' when it equals the value)
(3) After checking or optionally changing the settings, click [Save].
・Branching is a feature (operation) available with a Mini Plan or higher. If you are on a Free Plan, the operation of the flowbot you have set will result in an error, so please be careful. ・Paid plans such as the Mini Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and AI features (operations).
・NP Kakebarai Settings
(1) Finally, click the third action "Request Billing".
(2) Enter the account information to be linked with NP Kakebarai and click [Next].
(3) On the next screen, enter the information for "NP Transaction ID" and "Invoice Issuance Reference Date". Click the input bar to select the output. (4) By selecting "Switch to Test Environment", you can also test in the NP Kakebarai test environment. If you are conducting in the production environment, proceed without selecting it.
