Benefits of Integrating Google Sheets with Zoho CRM
Integrating Google Sheets with Zoho CRM not only centralizes customer and project data for easier management but also saves time and effort in management.
Benefit 1. Prevent Information Discrepancies with Centralized Data Management
By integrating Google Sheets with Zoho CRM, you can manage all customer data on a single platform, preventing information discrepancies. As someone responsible for customer management, managing information across multiple systems can be really challenging, right? It takes time just to find where the data is, and you might miss important information.
However, by connecting Sheets and Zoho CRM, you can resolve these issues. For example, when you add new customer information to Sheets, it automatically reflects in Zoho CRM, eliminating the need to enter the same information multiple times. This ensures data consistency and improves the overall visibility of your operations, allowing for smoother management.
Benefit 2. Save Time and Effort with Automation
Using the integration between Google Sheets and Zoho CRM, tedious manual tasks are automated, significantly saving time and effort on data entry and updates. Are you spending time manually entering customer information or updating it repeatedly in your daily tasks? When managed by multiple people, additional confirmation tasks might be necessary.
Such tasks tend to become monotonous, and many people have likely experienced making careless mistakes. However, by integrating apps, you can reduce the effort involved, leading to time and effort savings. How to Create an Integration Flow between Google Sheets and Zoho CRM
Let's actually integrate Google Sheets with Zoho CRM using Yoom. This flow is "Create a contact in Zoho CRM when a row is added in Google Sheets" and can be completed in three steps.
Set the trigger in Google Sheets
Set up contact information in Zoho CRM
Configure the Google Sheets that updates the information
Click "Try it" from the banner below to proceed with the setup immediately.
Preparation
First, link your account by registering Yoom and each app in My Apps.
Once logged into Yoom, click on "+ New Connection" from the "My Apps" menu on the left side.
Search by app name, then enter the necessary login information for both Google Sheets and Zoho CRM.
Once registered in My Apps, verify that the app name appears in the list.
Preparation is now complete. Next, proceed to flow settings.
Next, copy the template to My Project and create a flow bot. If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the flow bot template from below.
1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details" 2. Click "Try this template" on the page you moved to 3. Register for Yoom ※ If you have already completed registration, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.
Setting up the App Trigger
First, click on the first flow "When a row is added". On the first screen, the account information set in advance preparation is reflected.
There is no need to change the title and trigger action, so if there is no problem with the account information, click "Next".
Next, set the trigger activation interval and the range of the spreadsheet to be read. The trigger activation interval is "How often to check if a Google Spreadsheet row has been updated?", so set it according to your business needs.
After entering all the required fields, click "Test" to check for errors. If an error occurs, refer to the link below to resolve all issues and click "Retest".
If there are no errors, proceed to the next step by clicking "Save".
Setting up Zoho CRM
Next, click on the second flow "Create Account". As with the first one, the linked account information is reflected on the first page, so check it and click "Next".
On the next page, enter the account information to be registered in Zoho CRM. Only the account name and Zoho domain are required fields, but more than 20 other fields can be set.
After entering all the necessary information, click "Test" to check for errors and ensure the output is correct. If you want to add or modify the output information, refer to the link below.
Once confirmed, click "Save" to complete the Zoho CRM setup.
Setting up the Google Spreadsheet to Update
Click on the last flow "Update Record". As before, the linked account information is reflected, but below that, enter the information for the Google Spreadsheet to be linked.
Set the table range if necessary. Once the necessary information is entered, click "Next" to proceed.
On the next screen, set the conditions and values for updating the record. Multiple conditions can be set, so enter what is necessary.
Note that due to the nature of Google Spreadsheets, a search condition of "empty" will fail, so please set the content accordingly. Refer to the link below for how to handle this.
Enter all the required fields and click "Test" to check for errors. If there are no issues, click "Save" to complete all settings!
Finally, turn on the trigger to start the flow. Now, when customer information is updated in Google Spreadsheets, it will be reflected in Zoho CRM.

I have been an SEO writer for 5 years and have continued to write under the motto “easy to read” and “easy to convey.”
I want to bring the convenience of Yoom, which can be linked to apps without programming knowledge, to many people!
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
