Step 1: Integrate Hot Profile and cyzen with My Apps

First, integrate Hot Profile and cyzen with My Apps.
After logging into Yoom, click "My Apps" on the left side of the screen and search for Hot Profile from "+New Connection".

Set any name for "Account Name". (Example: Admin Account)
Refer to the annotation for "Access Token" and set the API key issued by Hot Profile.

Next, search for cyzen from "+New Connection" following the same procedure as before.

Set any name for "Account Name". (Example: Admin Account)
Set the static token for "Access Token". For the static token, please contact your cyzen representative.
After setting each item, click "Add" to complete the integration of cyzen.

Next, proceed with the setup using the Flowbot template.
Log into Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.

A message saying "Template has been copied!" will appear, so click "OK" to complete the copy.

Step 2: Retrieve Hot Profile Information

Next, set the trigger for the hot profile.
Click "When a company is created".

On the next page, check the account information that integrates with the hot profile.
You can freely edit the title, but do not change the trigger action and click "Next".

Next, configure the API connection settings.
The "Trigger Start Interval" can be selected from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
*Please note that the shortest start interval varies depending on the plan.

Once the settings are complete, click "Test".

Check the hot profile information displayed in the output and click "Save".

Step 3: Register a Spot in Cyzen

Next, set the action for Cyzen.
Click "Register Spot Information".

Edit the title as desired and check the account information, then click "Next".

Enter the "Company ID" and "Spot Code".
*Please contact your Cyzen representative for the "Company ID".

When you click the field, candidates will be displayed, so select the appropriate content for each item as desired.
Once the settings are complete, click "Test".
After confirming that a new spot has been registered in Cyzen, click "Save".

Click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the preparation for flow operation.
Now, when a new client is created in the hot profile, a spot will be automatically registered in Cyzen.
