Step 1: Connect Salesforce and cyzen to My Apps

First, connect Salesforce and cyzen to My Apps.
After logging into Yoom, click on "My Apps" on the left side of the screen and search for Salesforce from "+ New Connection".
If you want to try it in a test environment, click on Salesforce (Sandbox environment), and if you want to set it up, click on Salesforce.
※ Salesforce is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections of the flow bot you set will result in an error, so please be careful.
※ Paid plans such as Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are subject to restrictions.

After logging in and granting access, the Salesforce connection will be completed.

Next, search for cyzen from "+ New Connection" following the same steps as before.

Set any name you like for "Account Name".
For "Access Token", set the static token. Please contact your cyzen representative for the static token.
After setting each item, click "Add" to complete the cyzen connection.

Next, let's proceed with the setup using the flow bot template.
Log into Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.

"Template has been copied!" will be displayed, so click "OK" to complete the copy.

Step 2: Retrieve Salesforce Record Information

Next, set up the Salesforce trigger.
Click "When a new record is registered in the Account object".

On the next page, check the "Account information to integrate with Salesforce".
You can freely edit the title, but do not change the trigger action and click "Next".

Set up the API connection.
The "Trigger activation interval" can be selected from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
*Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.
Enter the "My Domain URL" obtained from Salesforce's "Settings > My Domain" by referring to the annotation.
After setting, click "Test".

Check the data obtained from Salesforce in the output and click "Save".

Step 3: Register a Spot in cyzen

Next, set up the cyzen action.
Click "Register spot information".

Edit the title as desired and check the account information, then click "Next".

Enter the "Company ID" and "Spot Code".
*For "Company ID", please contact your cyzen representative.

When you click the field, candidates will be displayed, so select the appropriate item.
After setting, click "Test".
Confirm that a new spot is registered in cyzen and click "Save".

Click "Turn ON Trigger" to complete the preparation for flow operation.
With this, when a new account is created in Salesforce, a spot will be automatically registered in cyzen.
