How to Create a Flow for Integrating Hot Profile with Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales
The process to complete the flow will proceed as follows.
・Integrate Hot Profile and Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales with My Apps
・Copy the template
・Set triggers for Hot Profile and configure Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales
・Turn on the trigger
Now, let's establish a new connection for the apps to be integrated.
・Integrate Hot Profile and Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales with My Apps
(1) First, connect Hot Profile to My Apps.
After logging into your Yoom account, click "My Apps" on the left panel and search for Hot Profile from "New Connection".

Search for the Hot Profile app icon and click on it.

(2) Enter the "Account Name", "Access Token", and "Domain" for the Hot Profile you want to integrate.
After entering the information, click [Add].
The first Hot Profile connection is now complete.
(3) Next, integrate the Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales app.
Just like registering Hot Profile with My Apps, select Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales.

(4) Enter the "Domain" for the Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales you want to integrate.
After entering the information, click [Add].
・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has plans for home and general business (Microsoft365 Business), and if you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.
After clicking, you will be taken to the My Apps screen of your Yoom account with the two apps added.
Now the two apps are connected to your Yoom account.
・Copy the Template
After confirming that the new connection for the target app is complete in your Yoom account, click the icon for "Try this template" below.
