How to Create a Flow for Integrating Hot Profile with Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales

The process to complete the flow will proceed as follows.

・Integrate Hot Profile and Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales with My Apps
・Copy the template
・Set triggers for Hot Profile and configure Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales
・Turn on the trigger

Now, let's establish a new connection for the apps to be integrated.

・Integrate Hot Profile and Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales with My Apps

(1) First, connect Hot Profile to My Apps.
After logging into your Yoom account, click "My Apps" on the left panel and search for Hot Profile from "New Connection".

Search for the Hot Profile app icon and click on it.

(2) Enter the "Account Name", "Access Token", and "Domain" for the Hot Profile you want to integrate.
After entering the information, click [Add].
The first Hot Profile connection is now complete.

(3) Next, integrate the Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales app.
Just like registering Hot Profile with My Apps, select Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales.

(4) Enter the "Domain" for the Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales you want to integrate.
After entering the information, click [Add].

・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has plans for home and general business (Microsoft365 Business), and if you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.

After clicking, you will be taken to the My Apps screen of your Yoom account with the two apps added.
Now the two apps are connected to your Yoom account.

・Copy the Template

After confirming that the new connection for the target app is complete in your Yoom account, click the icon for "Try this template" below.

The template will be copied, so click the "OK" button.

Move to the "My Projects" screen of your Yoom account and check the template content.

There are two setup flows.

・Hot Profile Trigger Setup

(1) First, set up the app trigger for the hot profile.

From "My Projects" on the left side of your Yoom account screen, click "Create a lead in Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales when a lead is created in Hot Profile [Copy]".

After clicking, the template content will be displayed as shown in the screen below.

(2) First, click on the trigger "When a lead is created".

(3) Enter the account information for the hot profile to be linked and click [Next].

(4) On the next screen, enter the "Trigger Activation Interval".
Select any of the following for the "Trigger Activation Interval": 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes.
※ The trigger activation interval varies depending on the plan, so please be careful.

(5) Click [Test] and if there are no issues, click [Save].
In this step, you can obtain the following information as output.
The output information can be quoted and utilized in the subsequent steps, as noted in "This value can be used in other operations."

・Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales Setup

(1) Finally, click on the second action "Create Lead".

(2) Enter the account information for Microsoft Dynamics365 Sales to be linked and click [Next].

(3) On the next screen, enter information such as "Domain" and "Subject" according to the annotations.
For some fields, you can click the input bar to quote the output obtained from the previous step.
The following image shows the information for "First Name" and "Last Name" being quoted and set.

(4) You can also utilize the output for "Lead Description".

(5) After entering information in the required fields, click [Test] and if there are no issues, click [Save].
This completes the setup.

・Turn on the Trigger

By clicking the red frame part "Turn on the Trigger" on the screen below, the flow bot will start automatically.
