How to integrate Hot Profile with HubSpot to automatically add lead information from Hot Profile to HubSpot

How to Create a Hot Profile and HubSpot Integration Flow

The process to complete the flow will proceed as follows.

・Integrate Hot Profile and HubSpot with My Apps
・Copy the template
・Set triggers in Hot Profile and configure HubSpot
・Turn on the trigger

Let's proceed with the new connection of the apps to be integrated.

・Integrate Hot Profile and HubSpot with My Apps

(1) First, connect the Hot Profile to My Apps.
After logging into your Yoom account, click "My Apps" on the left column and search for Hot Profile from "New Connection".

Search for and click the Hot Profile app icon.

(2) Enter the "Account Name", "Access Token", and "Domain" of the Hot Profile you want to integrate.
After entering the information, click [Add].
The first Hot Profile connection is now complete.

(3) Next, integrate the HubSpot app.
Select HubSpot in the same way as registering Hot Profile with My Apps.

(4) Click the app icon to move to a screen like the one above, and if you already have an account, click [Sign in to HubSpot Account].
(If you need to create a new account, select [Create a New HubSpot Account] and create an account.)

(5) Click [Sign in to HubSpot Account] and proceed to the screen where you enter your email address → password.
After entering the password, an authentication code will be sent, so complete the authentication.

(6) After authentication, proceed to a screen like the one above and select the relevant account.
Click the blue circle as indicated by the red frame to select the account, and click [Select Account].

After clicking, you will move to the My Apps screen of your Yoom account with the two apps added.
Now, the two apps are connected to your Yoom account.

・Copy the Template

After confirming that the new connection of the target app to your Yoom account is complete, click the icon for "Try This Template" in the template below.

The template will be copied, so click the "OK" button.

Please move to the "My Projects" screen of your Yoom account and check the template content.

There are two setup flows.

・Hot Profile Trigger Setup

(1) First, set up the app trigger for the hot profile.

From the My Projects on the left side of your Yoom account screen, click "【Copy】Create a contact in HubSpot when a lead is created in Hot Profile".

After clicking, the template content will be displayed as shown in the screen below.

(2) First, click on the trigger "When a lead is created".

(3) Enter the account information for the hot profile to be linked and click [Next].

(4) On the next screen, enter the "Trigger Activation Interval".

Select any of the following for the "Trigger Activation Interval": 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
※ The trigger activation interval varies depending on the plan, so please be careful.

(5) Click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save].
In this step, you can obtain information as output as shown below.
The output information can be quoted and utilized in the subsequent steps, as noted in "This value can be used in other operations."

・HubSpot Setup

(1) Finally, click on the second action "Create Contact".

(2) Enter the account information for HubSpot to be linked and click [Next].

(3) On the next screen, enter information in fields such as "Company Name" and "Email Address".
When you click the input bar, you can also utilize the output obtained in the previous step, as shown in the screen below.

(4) After entering the information, click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save].
This completes the setup.

・Turn ON the Trigger

By clicking the red frame part "Turn ON the Trigger" on the screen below, the flow bot will start automatically.
