This time, we will proceed with the setup using Yoom without any coding, so if you don't have a Yoom account yet, please issue one from this registration form.

This time, we will create a flow bot that notifies Microsoft Teams when a task is created in ClickUp!
The creation process is broadly divided into the following steps.
Here, we will integrate Yoom with each app to enable operations.
1. After logging into Yoom, click on My Apps on the left side of the Yoom page screen and select "+ Add" on the right.
Enter "ClickUp" in the search box at the top right and select ClickUp from the search results.
2. When the following screen appears, enter your "Work Email" and "Password" to log into ClickUp.
3. Click "Connect Workspace" on the following screen.
1. Next, register Microsoft Teams with My Apps.
Follow the same steps as before, click the "+ Add" button on Yoom's My Page, and select "Microsoft Teams".
2. When you select Microsoft Teams, the sign-in screen will appear. Sign in with the account you want to use.

This completes the registration of Microsoft Teams with My Apps.
If ClickUp and Microsoft Teams are displayed in My Apps, the registration is complete!
Now, let's start creating the flow!
We are using a template to make it easy to set up, so log into Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.
The template will be automatically copied to your workspace, so please click "OK" on the next screen that appears.
This is the initial setup! From here, we will set up the flowbot to "notify Microsoft Teams when a task is created in ClickUp."
1. Please click the ”When Task is Created”.
2. This page is already set up.
Check if the account information is correct and click "Next."
3. Next, when the following screen appears, enter the required fields.
Make sure to select and set the team_id from the suggestions.
Please set space_id, folder_id, and list_id as desired depending on your needs.
*Each item can also be selected from the suggestions that appear when you click the input field.
4. Once the setup is complete, perform a test.
Once testing is complete, click ”Next”.
On the post-migration screen, click Send Webhook Event or perform an event that will trigger a webhook event, then click Test.
If the test is successful, click "Save."
Next, we will set up the retrieval of tasks from ClickUp.
1. Click the "Retrieve Task".
2. No action is required here as it is already set up.
Check if the account information is correct and press "Next."
3. When the following screen appears, enter the "task_id" and perform a test.
*The "task_id" can also be selected from the suggestions that appear when you click the input field.
4. Once the setup is complete, execute the "Test." If the test is successful, the output will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Output will be used in the subsequent settings, so please check for any errors.
5. Finally, let's save. This completes the setup for retrieving tasks from ClickUp!
This is the final setup! Here, we will set up notifications to Microsoft Teams.
1. Please click the "Send Message to Channel".
2. First, check if the account information for integration is correct.
The title and execution actions are set by default, so no action is required.
3. Proceed to the next step, and the following screen will appear.
Here, you will set up the API connection. "Team ID" and "Channel ID" can be selected from the suggestions that appear when you click the input bar.

4. In the "Message" item, set the content for notification to Microsoft Teams. Click the box to insert information.
*As shown in the image below, you can quote ClickUp information by selecting from the output.
5. Once the input is complete, click "Test." If there are no issues, click "Save."
6. Finally, switch to the Microsoft Teams screen and check if the update from ClickUp has been notified.
