How to Create the Flow
We will create it through the following major processes.
Integrate WooCommerce and Salesforce with My Apps
Copy the template
Set up WooCommerce triggers and Salesforce actions
Turn on the flow and test if it works
Step 1: Integration of My App with WooCommerce and Salesforce
1. How to Register WooCommerce
Click the "+ Add" button from the My App screen. When the search window appears, search for WooCommerce.
When the following screen appears, check the annotations and enter the account name, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret. Once you have completed the entry, click "Add".
This completes the integration of WooCommerce with My App!
2. How to Register Salesforce
Similarly, click the "+ New Connection" button and search for Salesforce.
Enter your username and password to log in to Salesforce. ※Note: If you are already integrated with other services, the API integration with Yoom may not function properly. Please be careful.
On the access confirmation screen, click "Allow".
This completes the integration of Salesforce with My App!
Step 2: Copy the Template
Now, let's create the flow! From here, we will explain using Yoom's template, so first click the banner below and press the "Try this template" button on the destination screen.
The following confirmation screen will be displayed, so let's click "OK."
Step 3: Setting the Trigger to Activate When a Customer is Created in WooCommerce
First, click on the item "When a customer is created" to set it up.
The next screen will be displayed with default settings. After confirming the account information linked with WooCommerce, proceed to the next page.
Manually set the TOP page URL by referring to the annotation outside the frame. Once entered, click the "Test" button to verify the connection. If the test is successful, proceed to the next page!
Before making the next settings, please create a customer in WooCommerce for testing purposes.
(The customer information you create can be set arbitrarily!)
Once the customer creation is complete, return to the previous Yoom screen. When you run the test, the created customer information will be displayed as output. The output obtained here will be used later when linking with Notion, so check the data and save the settings!
Step 4: Adding a Record to Salesforce
Next, click on the Salesforce icon's "Add a record" to set it up.
The next page is also set by default. If there is no error in the account information linked with Salesforce, click "Next" as it is.
We will set up to automatically register customer information created in WooCommerce.
Set the "My Domain URL" and "Object API Reference Name" of the Salesforce you are using by referring to the annotation outside the frame.
Set the values of the records to be added. Try setting the items you want to automatically retrieve as shown in the image below!
For example, if you set "Last Name" as shown in the image below, when a new customer is created in WooCommerce, the "Last Name" will be automatically retrieved and registered in the specified table in Salesforce.
Similarly, set other items you want to automatically retrieve!
Once the settings are complete, execute the test. If the test is successful, save it, and the action settings are complete!
5: Turn ON the Trigger
Once all settings are complete, turn the switch at the top of the flow editing screen to "ON" to enable automation. Finally, try creating a test customer in WooCommerce and check if a lead is automatically created in Salesforce!
This completes the flow of "Adding to Salesforce when a customer is created in WooCommerce."

Based on my experience in my previous job, I feel that the problems faced by various companies can be reduced by “automating operations.”
Through Yoom, we will continue to send out information on a daily basis so that we can solve your problems even a little bit!
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
