Let's get started right away.

Step 1: Integrate My Apps

First, as a preliminary step, let's register ClickUp and Garoon in Yoom's "My Apps".
Please click on My Apps in the left column.


Click on "+New Connection" and search for ClickUp.

Enter your Work Email and Password to log in to ClickUp.

Once logged in, select the workspace and click connect to complete!

Next, click on "+New Connection" and search for Garoon.

Enter your Garoon account name and access token.
Once entered, click "Add" to complete!

Now, the integration of ClickUp and Garoon with My Apps is complete.

Next, copy the template to My Project and create a flow bot.
If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the flow bot template from below.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try this template" on the redirected page
3. Register for Yoom

Step 2: Set up the App Trigger

From here, let's edit the flow bot that "registers task information registered in ClickUp to Garoon's calendar"!

Please click on the "When a task is created" item in the app trigger.

If there is no problem with the linked account, please proceed to the next page as it is.

Please make sure to select and set the team_id from the candidates.
space_id, folder_id, and list_id can be set optionally according to your needs.

Once the setup is complete, perform a test and click "Next".

Add a task to ClickUp and click test.
If the test is successful, click "Save".

This completes the app trigger setup!

Step 3: Retrieve Tasks from ClickUp

Next, click on the "Retrieve Tasks" item.

As before, this page is also already set up, so you can proceed to the next step as it is.

The task_id is set as shown in the image above.

Perform a test, and if successful, the output will be retrieved, so please check and save it.

Step 4: Register a Schedule in Garoon

Next, click on the "Register Schedule" item.

The task name and memo are set as shown in the image above.
* Explanation) By setting it as shown in the image above, you can automatically register the "Task Name" and "Task Content" of newly registered tasks in ClickUp to Garoon's schedule.

Please be sure to enter the subdomain, schedule type, start date and time, and participants by referring to the annotations outside the frame.

Once the setup is complete, execute the test and save it.

Finally, turn "Trigger ON" to activate the flow bot.

This completes the flow bot that "registers task information registered in ClickUp to Garoon's calendar".
