This flow will proceed in four main steps.

・Register My Apps for HubSpot, Dify, and Slack
・Copy the template
・Configure HubSpot, Dify, and Slack
・Turn on the trigger and verify the automation integration

Step 1: Connect HubSpot, Dify, and Slack to My Apps

First, register the three apps we will use this time to My Apps.
By registering My Apps in advance, you can proceed smoothly with the automation settings in the future.

1. Register HubSpot to My Apps

When the display appears as shown in the image, please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left.

Next, click the new connection button at the top right.

Enter HubSpot in the search window and select "HubSpot" from the displayed options.

Next, you will be taken to the HubSpot account linking screen, so log in with any account.
A confirmation screen for linking will also be displayed, so click "Connect App".

Click "Connect App" and agree to switch screens. If the above display appears, the connection is complete.

2. Register Dify to My Apps

Click the new connection button at the top right.

Enter Dify in the search window and select "Dify" from the displayed options.

Follow the instructions and click "Add".

3. Register Slack to My Apps

‍Click the new connection button at the top right.

Enter HubSpot in the search window and select "Slack" from the displayed options.

A screen requesting permission for integration will be displayed.

Click within the red frame to select the channel to send the chat.
Click any channel and click "Allow".

If HubSpot, Dify, and Slack are displayed on the My Apps screen, the My Apps registration is complete.

Step 2: Copy the Template

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Read the following screen display and click "OK".

Step 3: Setting up HubSpot triggers, Dify and Slack integration

Let's operate the flow bot.
First, the HubSpot settings.
The screen shown in the image below will appear, so click within the red frame.

The screen "Select integration account and action" will appear, so click "Next".

You can choose the trigger activation interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.

*The options for activation intervals vary depending on the plan.
Click on the form ID section to display "Output", and select any form ID from the suggestions.
Once the input is complete, conduct a test, and after a successful test, click save.

Next, move on to the Dify settings.
Click "Send chat message".

Click "Next" on the following screen.

Proceed with entering the content.

Embed the output in the message content.
*The image below is an example of output reference. Click the input field to display suggestions, and select the target item.

Finally, set up to send a message to Slack.
Click "Send message to channel".

Click "Next" on the following screen.

Proceed with entering on the following screen.

You can easily enter the message content by using the output.

Once the input is complete, conduct a test, confirm the test success, and click "Save".

Step 4: Turn on the trigger

Finally, click "Turn on trigger" to complete the automation settings.
Check if the flow bot is operating correctly.
