This flow will proceed in four main steps.
・Register My Apps for HubSpot, Dify, and Slack
・Copy the template
・Configure HubSpot, Dify, and Slack
・Turn on the trigger and verify the automation integration
If you are not using Yoom, please register for free from here.
If you are already using Yoom, please log in.
Step 1: Connect HubSpot, Dify, and Slack to My Apps
First, register the three apps we will use this time to My Apps.
By registering My Apps in advance, you can proceed smoothly with the automation settings in the future.
1. Register HubSpot to My Apps
When the display appears as shown in the image, please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left.

Next, click the new connection button at the top right.

Enter HubSpot in the search window and select "HubSpot" from the displayed options.

Next, you will be taken to the HubSpot account linking screen, so log in with any account.
A confirmation screen for linking will also be displayed, so click "Connect App".

Click "Connect App" and agree to switch screens. If the above display appears, the connection is complete.
2. Register Dify to My Apps
Click the new connection button at the top right.

Enter Dify in the search window and select "Dify" from the displayed options.

Follow the instructions and click "Add".

3. Register Slack to My Apps
Click the new connection button at the top right.

Enter HubSpot in the search window and select "Slack" from the displayed options.

A screen requesting permission for integration will be displayed.

Click within the red frame to select the channel to send the chat.
Click any channel and click "Allow".

If HubSpot, Dify, and Slack are displayed on the My Apps screen, the My Apps registration is complete.
Step 2: Copy the Template
To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.
