How to Create a HubSpot and Slack Integration Flow

Once you can log in to your Yoom account,
1. Click "Register My App" and select "Create New".

2. Select the app you want to register (this time HubSpot and Slack) and log in with the account you will use.

3. Once registered, an icon will appear in My Apps.
Please check if the icons for HubSpot and Slack are registered.

Now, let's proceed to set up the integration between the two apps!
We will create a flow where a notification is sent to Slack when a new contact is registered in HubSpot.

1. Click "Create New" from "My Projects" and select "Create from Scratch".

2. Enter a clear title and flow content, select "When a specific app event occurs", and choose HubSpot.

3. For the trigger action, select "When a new contact is created" and click "Next".

4. Select the trigger interval, click "Test", and if the test is successful, click "Save".

5. In the flow saved with HubSpot integration, click "+", select "Integrate with App" from the operation type selection, and click Slack.

6. Select the action "Send a message to a channel" and click "Next".

7. Enter the channel ID and message for the destination.
If Slack is registered as my app, you can select the destination channel from the candidates.
You can use the output information obtained from HubSpot, which was linked earlier, for the message, so select and enter from the output.
Click "Test", and if the test is successful, click "Save".

8. Finally, switch the trigger to "ON" to activate it.‍
