When clicked, the screen will switch to Yoom's template site.
Please click "Try this template" on that screen.

After that, a message will appear indicating that the template copy is complete, so click "OK".

With this, the template copy is complete.
Step 3: Set Intercom Trigger
Next, let's proceed to the flowbot settings.
Click on the "When a new conversation starts" item of the template you just copied.

1. Select Linked Account and Action
・The title is set but can be changed.
・Check the account information linked with Intercom.
・Select "When a new conversation is created" as the trigger action.

2. API Connection Settings for App Trigger
・Set the trigger activation interval.
・You can choose the trigger activation interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
・The shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.
・Once set, run the test.

・If the test is successful and you can get Intercom information in the output, save it.

Step 4: Set Dify Action
Next, click "Send Chat Message".

1. Select Linked Account and Action
・You can change the title.
・Check the account information linked with Dify.
・Select "Send Chat Message" as the action.
・Once set, click "Next".

2. API Connection Settings
・Enter query and user.
・Select the conversation content from Intercom's output for the query.
・Once entered, perform the test.

・If you can get Dify's information, save it.

Step 5: Set Slack Action
This is the final step!
Click "Send Message to Channel" to complete the flowbot.

1. Select Linked Account and Action
・If you want to change the title, enter it.
・Check the account information linked with Slack.
・Select "Send Message to Channel" as the action.
・Once set, click "Next".

2. API Connection Settings
・Set the channel ID for the posting destination.
・Create a message by selecting the response content from Dify's output.
・Once set, click test, and if you can notify Slack, save it.

After clicking save, a message will appear indicating that the flowbot setup is complete, so click "Turn on Trigger".

With this, the flowbot setup is completely finished!
