First, we will create a flow where [when an employee is registered in SmartHR, they are also added to KING OF TIME].
New employee information in SmartHR is automatically reflected in KING OF TIME.

Preparation

Once you can log in to your Yoom account, first register the app you will use.
1. Click "Register My App" and select "Create New".

3. Once registered, an icon will appear in My Apps.

‍Steps to Create a Specific Flow

1. Open the copied template from My Projects.
2. Click "Edit" in the upper right corner.

3. Click "App Trigger When Employee is Registered".

4. Select the trigger action "When Employee is Registered" and click "Next".

5. Select the trigger interval and enter the subdomain.
