Generally, programming knowledge is required to achieve this, but with the no-code tool Yoom, it can be easily achieved without programming knowledge.

This flow will proceed in the following four steps.

・Register Chatwork and kintone as My Apps
・Copy the template
・Set the Chatwork trigger as the starting point and the subsequent kintone notification settings
・Turn the trigger ON

Step 1: Integrate kintone and Chatwork with My Apps

Let's register kintone and Chatwork with My Apps.
By completing the My Apps registration first, you can set up automation smoothly.

First, let's register kintone with My Apps.
Start by accessing the My Apps menu on the left side of the Yoom screen and clicking the New Connection button on the right side of the screen.

Next, enter "kintone" in the search box and select "kintone" from the displayed options.
At this time, "kintone (Guest Space)" will also be displayed, but we will use "kintone" for this purpose.


A screen like the one in the image below will be displayed, so let's enter the information that can be obtained from kintone.

Once the input is complete, click "Add".


Once kintone is displayed on the My Apps screen, the My Apps registration is complete.
Similarly to the kintone registration, click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen.
Enter "Chatwork" in the search box and click the displayed option.

When the following screen is displayed, click "Allow" in the red frame.

Once the integration is complete, you will return to the My Apps screen and Chatwork will be displayed.
This completes the My Apps registration for kintone and Chatwork that we will use this time.

Step 2: Copy the Template

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Read the following screen display and click "OK".
If changes are needed, click on the relevant section to make modifications.

Step 3: Setting the Chatwork Trigger and Subsequent kintone Notification

Operate the Flowbot to set up automation.
Click on the area within the red frame below.

Set up the Webhook event reception in kintone.

Once the setup is complete, click "Test" → "Save".

Next, click on the area within the red frame below.

On the following screen, enter the app ID and click "Next".

Enter the conditions for the records you want to retrieve and perform a test.
After the test is complete, click "Save".

Set up notifications to Chatwork.

Configure the API connection settings for Chatwork.
You can edit the content of the messages received in Chatwork.

Click on the input fields to display the output obtained from the integrated app.
Using the output allows you to easily enter the necessary information.

Once the input is complete, click "Test" → "Save".

Step 4: Turn ON the Trigger and Confirm Integration Automation

Finally, turn on the trigger on the screen displayed below. The Flowbot will start automatically.
