Are you finding it burdensome to manually input data while managing products using kintone and OpenLogi? By automating the input process, you can reduce manual work and potentially improve operational efficiency. This article introduces a method to automatically add product information registered in kintone to OpenLogi by integrating the two platforms. Additionally, we will explain how to use Yoom, which allows non-engineers to easily integrate apps without programming knowledge.

Please take a look!

Benefits of Integrating kintone and OpenLogi

Benefit 1: Reduce Input Work

By integrating kintone and OpenLogi, you can automate input tasks and reduce effort. It also helps prevent human errors such as input mistakes or omissions, potentially reducing the burden of administrative tasks. For example, when the status of product information registered in kintone is updated, if integrated, an inbound request can be automatically made in OpenLogi. As a result, product management personnel can smoothly make inbound requests, improving work efficiency.

Benefit 2: Improve Business Speed

Once a product is registered in kintone, it is immediately reflected in OpenLogi. When done manually, there might be situations where you cannot start immediately due to other ongoing tasks. By integrating, you can automatically create inbound requests in OpenLogi, allowing you to allocate time to other important tasks such as customer service. As a result, smooth inbound requests can be made, potentially shortening lead times and improving customer satisfaction.

We have discussed the benefits of integrating kintone and OpenLogi. However, some might find it challenging to integrate due to the need for specialized knowledge. Yoom can solve this problem!
