This time, we will create a flow where [when a status is updated in kintone, RoboRobo automatically performs a compliance check and reflects the results in kintone]. Using this flow, when a kintone record's status is updated, RoboRobo's compliance check is automatically executed, and the results are reflected as soon as they are obtained.
All processes are completed in 4 steps.

Step 1: Integrate kintone and RoboRobo with My Apps
3. You can search by app name from the red frame. This time, search for and register both kintone and RoboRobo. Once registration is complete, the icons for kintone and RoboRobo will appear in My Apps. Please confirm.

Select a Template and Prepare a Storage Location
Click "Try it" from the link below.

Step 2: Set the Trigger to Activate When the Status is Updated in kintone
1. First, click on "When the status is updated (Webhook activation)" at the top.
2. Set the title freely. Enter the account information to link with kintone. Select "When the status is updated (Webhook activation)" as the trigger. Once the input is complete, click "Next".
3. Copy the Webhook URL and configure it in the management screen. Refer to the link below for detailed configuration instructions. Configure Webhook in kintone If there are no issues, perform a test and save.
4. Return to the flow. Click the icon to retrieve records.
5. Enter the account information to link with kintone. Set the action to "Retrieve records".
6. Set the App ID. When you click the input field, candidates will be displayed, and you can select any of them. Once the configuration is complete, click "Next".
7. Set the conditions for the records you want to retrieve. Once the input is complete, perform a test and save if there are no issues.
Step 3: Set Up Compliance Check with RoboRobo
1. Next, click the "Register Client/Execute Check" icon.
2. Enter the account information to link with RoboRobo. Select "Register Client/Execute Check" as the action. Once the configuration is complete, click "Next".
3. Enter each item. The client name is a required field, so be sure to enter it. You can also enter the client name from the output obtained earlier. Set other items as desired. Once the input is complete, perform a test and save if there are no issues.
4. Next, click "Wait".
5. Set the schedule. The default setting is 5 minutes. If there are no issues, save.
6. Next, click "Retrieve Check Results".
7. Enter the account information to link with RoboRobo. Select "Retrieve Check Results" as the action. Once the configuration is complete, click "Next".
8. Configure each item. The client ID is a required field, so be sure to enter it. You can select it from the output obtained earlier. Once the input is complete, perform a test and save if there are no issues.
9. Finally, click "Update Record".
10. Enter the account information to link with kintone. Select "Update Record" as the action.
11. Set the App ID. Once the configuration is complete, click "Next".
12. Enter the conditions for the record you want to update and the values of the record after the update. You can set the values of the record after the update from the output. Once the configuration is complete, perform a test and save if there are no issues.
