How to link freee HR Labor with Chatwork and receive notifications in Chatwork when an employee is registered in freee HR Labor

Step 1: Integrate My App

‍First, integrate the freee HR and Yoom you are using.
Select My App → New Connection → freee HR from the left side of the Yoom page.
Search for it from the app list or by app name.
Log in with your email address and password, and if the following screen appears without any issues, click Allow.

Next, integrate chatwork.
Log in with your email address and password, and if the following screen appears without any issues, click Allow.

It's OK if the two apps are displayed in My App.

Step 2: Set the Trigger

‍This time, we will use the available template.
When you open the template page, the following screen will appear, so click on "Try this template". If you are using Yoom, log in; if you are new, register as a member.
Proceed as is, and the template will be copied to your workspace and ready to use. You can rename the template if necessary.
Click on "My Projects" on the left, and you will find the template you just copied.
Click the ellipsis (...) on the right side of the template and select "Edit".

Now, let's set the app trigger.
Select "When an employee is registered".

On the "Select Linked Account and Action" screen, if there is no mistake in the linked account, proceed to the next step.
The following screen will appear, so refer to here to set up the Webhook event.
If there are no issues during testing, save it.

‍Step 3: Set the Action‍

Next, let's set the action.
Click on "Get employee information".

Again, on the "Select Linked Account and Action" screen, if there is no mistake in the linked account, proceed to the next step.
The following screen will appear, so select the business location ID from the candidates, and choose the employee ID, target year, and target month from the output.
If there are no issues during testing, save it.

Finally, set "Notify Chatwork".

On the "Select Linked Account and Action" screen, if there is no mistake in the linked account, proceed to the next step.
The following screen will appear, so select the room ID from the candidates for the location you want to notify, and set the message content with your preferred wording.
This time, I set it up like this.
You might want to increase the information you want to notify Chatwork by using the output.
If the test is successful, save it.

Finally, turn on the app trigger to complete. Thank you for your hard work!

Advanced Integration Flow of freee HR Labor and Chatwork

This time, we introduced a flow bot that "notifies Chatwork when an employee is registered in freee HR Labor."
This saves you the trouble of repeatedly checking freee HR Labor to see if an employee has been registered without your knowledge.
