Before You Begin

1. In Rakuraku Sales, please contract the API integration option and register Yoom's IP address.

2. Please log in to Yoom.

3. Click the "Try it" button below to copy the template in Yoom. 

Step 1: Integration of Rakuraku Sales and Google Search My Apps

※ If the app integration is already completed, please proceed to Step 2.

1. Select "My Apps" from the left menu and click "+ New Connection" on the right side of the screen.

2. From the list of new connections in My Apps, select Rakuraku Sales and Google Search respectively, and integrate the apps.
 ※ For Rakuraku Sales integration, entering the account name and access token is required. Please generate the token following the steps in the image below. Additionally, if using SSL client authentication, the client certificate file and client certificate file password will also be necessary.

Next, copy the template to My Project and create a Flow Bot.
If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the Flow Bot template from below.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try This Template" on the redirected page
3. Register for Yoom
※ If you have already registered, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.

Step 2: Setting a Trigger to Activate When a Record is Registered in Raku-Raku Sales

1. Open the copied template.
 ※ You can change the title from the red frame in the image below.

2. Click the Flowbot's "App Trigger: When a Record is Registered".

3. Configure the "Select Linked Account and Action" settings.
 Change the title as needed and click "Next".

4. Configure the Webhook Event Reception settings for the App Trigger.
 Please refer to the instructions and precautions, and this article [How to Execute HTTP Transmission in Raku-Raku Sales and Activate Yoom's Flowbot] for the settings.

5. Click "Test".

6. Obtain the output such as the company name used for Google search from the test results.
 Please refer to this article [How to Obtain Output Using JSON PATH].

7. Click "Save".

Step 3: Setting an Action to Obtain Google Search Results

1. Click the Flowbot's "Integrate with App: Obtain Search Results".

2. Configure the "Select Linked Account and Action" settings.
 Change the title as needed and click "Next".

3. Configure the API connection settings. Please enter each item.
 ※ For the search query, enter the output obtained in Step 2, as well as keywords for searching company information. Combining multiple keywords will help you obtain more accurate information than a single keyword search.

 ※ Candidates for output will be displayed when you click the input field. If the output acquisition in Step 2 is successful, the action name and item name will be additionally displayed in the candidate list below. Please select the target item from there.

4. Click "Test".

5. If the test is successful, click "Save".

Step 4: Setting an Action to Summarize the Search Results Obtained from Google Search

※ For selecting actions and setting conditions for summarization, please refer to here.

1. Select the Flowbot's "Summarize: Summarize".

2. Configure the "Select Action" settings.
 Change the title and action as needed.

3. Click "Next".

4. Configure the detailed settings.
 ・Text to Summarize: Enter the output of the search results obtained in Step 3. In the image below, it is referred to as "List of Snippets".
 ・Number of Characters, Summary Conditions: Enter the necessary values and conditions for each.

5. Click "Test".

6. If the test is successful, click "Save".

Step 5: Setting an Action to Update the Record in Raku-Raku Sales

1. Click the Flowbot's "Integrate with App: Update Record".

2. Configure the "Select Linked Account and Action" settings.
 Change the title as needed and click "Next".

3. Configure the API connection settings. Please select and enter each item.
 ・"Header Item ID" in "Registration Data": Enter the ID of the item where the search results will be registered.
 ・"Value to Register" in "Registration Data": Enter the output of the summary results obtained in Step 4.
 ※ If there are other items you want to update, click "+ Add Registration Data" to configure them.

4. Click "Test".

5. If the test is successful, click "Save".

Finally, switch the trigger of the saved flow to "ON" to activate it.
