Step 2: Setting the Trigger to Activate When an Order Occurs in B-Cart

First, we will set the item "When an order occurs".


This item is pre-configured, so no changes are necessary.
Please click "Next" as is.

You can select the trigger activation interval, so please set it.
*The activation interval may not be selectable depending on the plan.

Please newly register test order information in B-Cart.

When you run the test, the order information from B-Cart that you registered earlier will be displayed in the output. Once confirmed, please press "Save".

Step 3: Register a Record in RakuRaku Sales

Next, click on the item "Register a Record" and proceed with the settings.

This item is pre-configured, so no changes are necessary.
Please click "Next" as is.

Please set the domain, account name, and DB schema ID by referring to the annotations on the above screen.

You can freely set the registration data to obtain the information you want from B-Cart.
This time, we have set it so that when an order occurs in B-Cart, the "Company Name" is automatically obtained and added to the RakuRaku Sales record.

If you want to add more items, click "+ Add Registration Data".

We have set it to automatically obtain the phone number of the orderer.
If you want to increase the information obtained, click "+ Add Registration Data" as before and add more items.

Once set, click "Test".
If the test is successful and the output is reflected, click "Save".

Step 4: Turn ON the Trigger

Finally, click "Turn ON Trigger" and confirm that the flow bot is operating correctly.
