How to Retrieve Information from a Website Daily and Notify via Chatwork

a.ohta

If you need to retrieve information from a specific site at the same time every day or send data from a specific site to Chatwork at the same time, automation with Chatwork using browser RPA is recommended.
By utilizing browser RPA, you can automatically retrieve data from specific sites, which may simplify your daily routine work.
Why not implement a connection that allows you to quickly retrieve and notify the necessary data and use it to improve your daily operations?

Recommended for

 • Teams that want to send specific site data to Chatwork at a specific time
 • Leaders who want to smoothly share specific site data with members
 • Companies that want to retrieve specific site data even outside of business hours
 • Companies that use Chatwork as their main communication tool

Benefits and Examples of RPA and Chatwork Integration

Benefit 1: Time-saving

By automating with browser RPA and Chatwork, it is possible to retrieve information from specific sites at a set time every day and send that data to Chatwork. This can simplify daily routine work and is expected to save time.
For example, if you accessed a specific site every day upon arrival at work, collected the necessary information, and then sent it to Chatwork, such a flow can be fully automated.
Not only the collection of information but also sending it to Chatwork is automatically completed, which may significantly reduce the time spent on tasks.

Benefit 2: Less prone to errors such as transcription mistakes

Since data is collected using browser RPA, the accuracy of the data may be maintained better than when collected manually.
For example, have you ever collected data from the wrong content or shared incorrect information due to typing errors when retrieving specific data?
By utilizing RPA as in this case, it becomes possible to retrieve the specified information as it is, which increases the likelihood of preventing errors.
As a result, it should become easier to share correct information via Chatwork.

Benefit 3: Data collection is possible even outside of working hours

The automation introduced this time involves retrieving website information every day and notifying Chatwork. In other words, since a series of flows can be automatically performed at the set time every day, it becomes possible to obtain the necessary data even on holidays.
For example, collecting information and sending it to Chatwork outside of working hours, such as at night or on holidays, should originally be impossible. The conflict of wanting to collect information every day without rest but being unable to do so may be resolved by incorporating this automation.
This increases the possibility of improving operations by enabling information collection even when you cannot respond.

Now, let's explain how to "retrieve website information every day and notify Chatwork" using the no-code tool Yoom.

After working as a general store manager, I started working from home as an SEO writer. Later, an outsourcing agreement was signed with a marketing startup for about 5 years. Surrounded by students at the University of Tokyo, I held a computer and spent my days studying various business terms and how to use SaaS tools. When I was a general store manager, time was taken over and over again by office work such as sales and inventory management, human resource management, and ordering, etc., and I was unable to serve customers and often missed sales times. Even when outsourcing, there are many detailed tasks such as input, etc., and “can't such monotonous tasks be automated?” I thought so, and I really sympathize with Yoom's vision!
