Step 1: Integrate Salesforce and ChatGPT with My App
0) An access token is required for registering My App with both Salesforce and ChatGPT. First, let's explain how to obtain it from Salesforce. Start by logging into Salesforce and obtaining the API key. Note: If you are already integrated with other services, the API integration with Yoom may not function properly. Please be cautious. After logging in, click the settings button at the top right.
Enter "Session Settings" in the search form at the top left and click "Session Settings" from the displayed menu.
Uncheck "Lock sessions to the IP address from which they originated" in "Session Settings".
1) After logging into your Yoom account, register the app you will use next. Click "My Apps" and select "Add".
2) A list of apps that can be connected with Yoom will be displayed, and search for each app one by one using the search window.
Once you can select Salesforce, log in with the account name you will use. Note: If you are already integrated with other services, the API integration with Yoom may not function properly. Please be cautious.
Click "Allow" on the access confirmation screen.
Once you can select ChatGPT, use the information you copied earlier to enter and click "Add".
3) Once registration is complete, an icon will be displayed in My Apps. Check if the icon of the registered app is displayed.
Step 2: Copy the Template

1) First, click on the "Try this template" icon.
2) The following confirmation screen will appear, click "OK".
Once displayed as below, the template has been copied. Titles and details can be edited by clicking on them.

Step 3: Set Triggers
Click on the icons with "!" displayed on the right in order from top to bottom to set operations. First, try clicking on "App Trigger: When a lead is registered"!
Step 4: Set Salesforce Actions
1) Select the action "When a lead is registered" and click "Next". ※ Salesforce is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. For Free Plan and Mini Plan, the operations and data connections set in the Flowbot will result in errors, so please be careful. ※ Paid plans such as Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are normally restricted.
1) Return to the flow and click on the "Integrate with App: Generate Text" icon. ※ To execute ChatGPT (OpenAI) actions, a paid OpenAI API plan is required. (Payment must be possible when the API is used) https://openai.com/ja-JP/api/pricing/ ChatGPT API usage is provided by OpenAI for a fee, and is charged based on tokens during API communication. Therefore, if payment cannot be made during API usage, an error will occur, so please be careful.
2) Select the action "Generate Text" and click "Next".
3) Enter the required fields.
The message content can be selected from Salesforce's output. Select and input the lead information you want to generate an overview with ChatGPT. This time, we input Salesforce's company name, description, and website information. Once input is complete, click "Test" and after the test is complete, click "Save".
Step 6: Set Salesforce Actions
1) Return to the flow and click on the "Operate Database: Update Record" icon.
2) Select the action "Update Record" and input the database integration. Once input is complete, click "Next".
3) Enter the required fields. The condition for the record to be updated is "Account Name equals", and we input "Company Name" from Salesforce's output. ※ This is an image of filtering by company name and appending the overview generated by ChatGPT to the lead of the corresponding account.
The value of the record after updating is selected from ChatGPT's output as "Response Content" and input. Once input is complete, click "Test" and after the test is complete, click "Save".
