Click "OK" and give the Flowbot a name to recognize.

Step 3: Set Up Trigger Action
Click on the Salesforce app trigger action.
Give your trigger a title (optional). Confirm the pre-configured settings and click “Next”.
Set your trigger interval (how often you want Yoom to check Salesforce for new updates). It can be set to 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. We recommend setting the trigger to the shortest activation interval available for your plan.

Once set, click “Test”. If the correct Salesforce information is reflected in the retrieved value, click “Save”.

Step 4: Generate Text with ChatGPT
Next, click on the ChatGPT action.
Give your action a title (optional) and confirm the pre-configured settings. Then click “Next”.
Let’s create an instruction to ChatGPT.
Then select the retrieved values from Salesforce in the previous step. Choose the lead information you want to use for generating a summary with ChatGPT.
For this example, we’ve put Last Name, First Name, and Company Name from Salesforce’s retrieved value.
Once you’ve entered the required details, click “Test” to run the test. After the test completes successfully, click “Save” to finalize the setup.
Step 5: Update Record in Salesforce
Let’s set up an action to add the generated summary in Salesforce. Click on the last Salesforce action item.
Give your action a title (optional) and confirm the pre-configured settings. Specify which database to connect to, then click “Next”.

Choose the conditions that must be met for the record to be updated.
The tool will find the first matching record and update it. If multiple records match, only the first one in the list will be updated.
For this example, we select Account Name = Company Name.
