Enter the URL of your Slack workspace.

Search for "Google Meet" from the app list.
When the following screen appears, click the red frame to link it with your Google account.

From here, we will actually create a flow bot!
First, click "Try it" from the banner below.

Next, we will set up the app trigger.
Click on "When a new message is posted to a channel..."

When the following screen appears, check the linked account and proceed to the next step.

Next is the API connection setup.
The "Trigger Interval" can remain as is.
Here are some notes on the trigger interval:
※ You can select the trigger interval from 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
※ Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.

Select the "Channel ID" from the options.
The trigger will activate when a message is posted to the specified Slack channel.
Next, click on "Command Operation."
Here, you will set specific conditions from the messages posted on Slack and configure branching.

Specify the branching conditions.
※ Branch is available with a paid plan. You can also try paid plan actions during the trial period.
The "Title" and "Branch Target Values" can remain as is.

Enter the "Branch Condition" based on the following setup example.
From the posted message, set conditions or words you want to branch from. If this branch condition is included, set it to automatically create a Google Meet.
Recommended words include "create meeting," "business talk," or "discussion."

The following screen shows that branching is done according to the branching conditions.
Next, click on "Create Meeting Space."

When the following screen appears, check the linked account and proceed to the next step.

Next is the API connection setup.
Click "Test."

If the test success message is displayed, you're good to go!

When the following screen appears, check the linked account and proceed to the next step.

Select the "Destination Channel ID" from the options.

For "Timestamp," select "Timestamp" from the retrieved value.

For "Message," enter it based on the setup example.
Since this is the message for Slack notifications, make sure to include the Google Meet meeting URL.
The Google Meet meeting URL can be selected from the retrieved value.

Finally, click the "Test" button to test.
When the following screen appears, click "Trigger ON."

All settings are now complete!
