First, set the trigger so that the flow bot is automatically activated. Click on "When a new message is posted to the channel" in the copied template.
Clicking will transition to a screen like the one below. The "Account Information to Integrate" will contain the information registered in My Apps in Step 1. Leave the trigger action as is and click "Next".
Next, configure the API connection settings.

Specify the target channel ID that will trigger the flow bot. When a new message is posted to the channel set here, the flow bot will be activated.
Click the "Channel ID" field and select from the displayed options.
After completing the settings, send a new post to the channel specified in "Channel ID" and execute "Test".

Step 4: Setting Data Extraction Using AI
Next, configure each action in the flow.
First, set the action to extract data from Slack posts using AI. Click "Extract data from text".
Clicking will display the action selection screen. Since you are using a template, the default settings are fine. Click "Next" as is.
Next, configure the detailed settings.

Specify the target text from which to extract data using AI. Set it by quoting the output obtained in the trigger settings.

Set the items you want to extract from the posted text. Specify them separated by commas (,).
After completing the settings, execute "Test" and confirm that the output is obtained correctly.
Check the content of the output and "Save".
Step 5: Setting the Action to Add a Task to Wrike
Next, set the action to add a task to Wrike based on the extracted data. Click "Create Task".
The account integration and action selection screen will be displayed. The "Account Information to Integrate" will contain the information registered in My Apps in Step 1. Leave the action as is and click "Next".
Next, configure the API connection settings.

Set the title for automatically created tasks. By quoting the output obtained in the data extraction action, you can set a title tailored to the content of each task.
(2/6) Setting the Folder ID
Specify the folder to store the created task. Click the "Folder ID" field and select from the displayed options.

(3/6) Setting the Task Description
Set the content to be described in the task description field. By using templates and outputs, you can register descriptions tailored to the content of each task.
(4/6) Setting the Task Start Date
Specify the start date for the automatically created task. This time, I quoted the "Date" output and set it so that the day the task is created becomes the start date! * If you include an item like "Task Start Date" in the Slack post, you can obtain and quote the output in the data extraction action, so please use it.
(5/6) Setting the Task Deadline
Set the task deadline. By quoting the output, it will be automatically registered according to the deadline of each task.
(6/6) Setting the Task Status
Set the status when the task is automatically created. Please select from the dropdown menu as needed.
