How to connect SmartHR and Josys with Yoom

You will register a My App to connect SmartHR and Josys with Yoom.
By registering this My App, you can easily set up automation.

First, let's register the My App for SmartHR.
It is described on Yoom's help page, so please refer to it for setup.

Next, register the My App for Josys.
Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the screen.
Search for Josys from "Search by App Name" or find it from the app list.

The following screen will be displayed, so make the settings.
Obtain the API User Key and API Secret Key from the Josys admin screen.

"Account Name" → Set as desired
"API User Key" → Set the API User Key created from the admin screen
"API Secret Key" → Set the API Secret Key created from the admin screen

Once both My App registrations are complete, SmartHR and Josys will be displayed in your My Apps section.

How to add a member to Josys when an employee is registered in SmartHR

Since we will set up automation, please click "Try it" on the banner below.

The following screen will be displayed, so let's check the "Title" and "Description".
If you want to make changes, you can do so from the page below.
First, start with the SmartHR settings, and click "When an employee is registered".

Once the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

"App Trigger Title" → Can be freely changed
"Account Information to Link with SmartHR (OAuth)" → Check if it's the account you are using
"Trigger Action" → When an employee is registered

When the following screen is displayed, enter the subdomain.
※ The "●" part in the SmartHR URL "https://●●●●●●.smarthr.jp" is the subdomain.
Click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

The following screen will be displayed, so send a Webhook event or execute the trigger event.
Click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".
※ The "Department" in the output will reflect the information of "Department 1" in SmartHR.

Next, proceed with the JouSys settings, and click "Register Member".
Check the following settings.

"Title" → Can be freely changed
"Account Information to Link with JouSys" → Check if it's the account you are using
"Action" → Register Member

The following screen will be displayed, so please check the settings.

"Email Address" → {{Email Address}}
"Last Name" → {{Last Name}}
"First Name" → {{First Name}}

If there are other necessary items, use the output from SmartHR.
Click the relevant part and select with the down arrow next to SmartHR.
