1. Register SPIRAL and Shopify as My Apps
2. Set up a trigger to activate when a record is created or updated in SPIRAL
3. Set up an action to update product information in Shopify
4. Test and verify

Step 1: Integrate SPIRAL and Shopify as My Apps

1. Log in to your Yoom account.

If you do not have an account, please create one on the Yoom account issuance page first.

Click "My Apps" and select "New Connection".

2. Click on New Connection.

3. You can search by app name from the red frame. This time, search for SPIRAL and Shopify respectively and register them.
Once registration is complete, the SPIRAL and Shopify icons will be displayed in My Apps. Please confirm.

How to Register Shopify as My Apps

Please note that Shopify is an app available only on the Team Plan and Success Plan.
If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations or data connections set in Flowbot will result in errors, so please be careful.
Additionally, some paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial.
During the free trial, you can use apps that are subject to restrictions.

Selecting a Template and Preparing a Storage Location

This time, we will create a flow where [When SPIRAL's product information is updated, Shopify's product information is also updated].
By using this flow, when SPIRAL's product information is updated, the content is automatically reflected in Shopify, eliminating the need for duplicate entries.

1. Click "Try it" from the link below.

2. When the following display appears, the template copy is successful.

Step 2: Setting a Trigger to Activate When a Record is Created or Updated in SPIRAL

1. First, click on "When a record is created or updated" at the top.

2. Set the title freely.
Enter the account information to link with SPIRAL.
Select "When a record is created or updated" for the trigger action.
After entering, click "Next".

3. Set the trigger activation interval, app ID, and database ID.
You can choose an activation interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
After setting, perform a test and save if there are no issues.

※ Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.

Step 3: Setting an Action to Update Product Information in Shopify

1. Return to the flow.
Click on the "Update Product Information" icon.

2. Enter the account information to link with Shopify.
Select "Update Product Information" for the execution action.
After setting, click "Next".

3. Let's set the product information to be updated.
Clicking on each item will display the output obtained from SPIRAL. Product ID is required, so be sure to set it.
Other items can be set optionally.
After setting, perform a test and save if there are no issues.

4. This completes the flow of [Updating Shopify product information when SPIRAL product information is updated].

Step 4: Testing and Confirmation

Once the setup is complete, the following screen will be displayed.
Click the "Turn ON Trigger" button to activate the flow bot.
