SPIRAL is a convenient tool that allows you to create websites and business applications without the need for programming knowledge, making it easy for beginners to handle.
However, manually updating each product information on Shopify by referring to SPIRAL's data can be inefficient and burdensome.
In this article, we will clearly explain the benefits of integrating SPIRAL with Shopify and the steps for automation.

Benefits of Integrating SPIRAL with Shopify

Benefit 1: Understanding the Latest Inventory Status

When SPIRAL's product information is updated, it is automatically reflected in Shopify, allowing you to always maintain the latest inventory information.
This helps prevent inventory shortages or excesses and aims for balanced inventory management.
For example, even if the stock of a popular product runs low, you can quickly respond with replenishment, reducing the risk of missing sales opportunities.
Additionally, proper inventory management contributes to the effective use of warehouse space and prevents wasteful spending of funds.
Furthermore, streamlining inventory management may improve the overall business process.

Benefit 2: Reduction of Errors from Manual Work

When entering product information manually on multiple platforms, there is a higher chance of input errors in prices or inventory and overlooking information.
However, by automating the update process, such errors can be expected to decrease.
By utilizing automation, product details, prices, and descriptions are accurately reflected on each platform, ensuring that the latest information is always maintained.
For instance, even if there is a price change, information can be quickly unified across all platforms, preventing different price displays.
As a result, you can aim to reduce errors from manual work while improving business efficiency.

This time, we will use Yoom for integration.
