Schedule management in business is crucial for performing tasks efficiently.
To achieve this, we recommend automating schedule registration by integrating SPIRAL with Google Calendar.
This time, we will discuss the method of automating schedule registration and the benefits of integrating SPIRAL with Google Calendar.
By utilizing this automation, it may become easier to share schedules and improve daily work efficiency.

Benefits of Integrating SPIRAL with Google Calendar

Benefit 1: Quick Schedule Sharing

When a schedule is registered in SPIRAL, it is automatically registered in Google Calendar.
With this automation, the entire team can check the latest schedule and share it quickly.
For example, when each member registers a schedule, other members only need to check Google Calendar, making it easier to adjust schedules.
This may help prevent double bookings and missed sharing.

Benefit 2: Reduction of Manual Input Effort

By automating schedule management, you can avoid registration errors and reduce workload.
This automation will be useful when the support team or sales team is handling customer interactions or arranging meetings.
As a result, the person in charge can save the effort of manual input and proceed with tasks smoothly.

How to Create a Flow for Integrating SPIRAL with Google Calendar

This time, we will introduce the setting method for the following template: "Register a schedule in Google Calendar with information registered in SPIRAL."
By using this template, you don't need to set up automation from scratch, which is convenient.

The process consists of 5 steps, so it can be set up in 10-15 minutes.

I've been working as a writer since my job in child welfare, and I'm currently writing a blog on Yoom. While being surprised by the work efficiency improvements that can be made with Yoom, I would like to share that excitement with everyone and contribute to society. I'll tell you about application integration and automation that even I, who has zero programming knowledge, can do.
