Let's Create a Flow to Integrate Trello and Google Sheets
Now, let's create a flow that integrates Trello and Google Sheets! This time, we'll use Yoom to proceed with the integration of Trello and Google Sheets without any coding. If you don't have a Yoom account yet, please create one from the Yoom registration form.
[What is Yoom]
This time, we'll create a flow bot that adds Trello information to Google Sheets when Trello is activated! The creation process is broadly divided into the following steps.
Integrate Trello and Google Sheets with My Apps
Copy the template
Set up Trello triggers and Google Sheets actions
Set the trigger to ON and complete the preparation for flow operation
Step 1: Integrate Trello and Google Sheets with My Apps
Here, we will integrate Yoom with each app to enable operations.
1. Integrate Trello with My Apps After logging into Yoom, click on My Apps on the left side of the Yoom page and select "+ Add" on the right. Enter "Trello" in the search box at the top right and select Trello from the search results.
A new Trello registration screen will appear. Enter your account name, access token, and API key, then click "Add".
Please generate the access token in advance by logging into Trello and visiting the following page: https://trello.com/1/appKey/generate A page like the one in the image below will appear. Click on "Power-Up Admin Portal". ※ For detailed setup instructions, please check the help page here.
This completes the integration of Trello with My Apps.
2. Integrate Google Sheets with My Apps Next, register Google Sheets with My Apps. Click the "New Connection" button on the Yoom My Page and select "Google Sheets". When you select Google Sheets, the following screen will appear. Click the "Sign with Google" button in the red frame and log in with your account.
This completes the registration of Google Sheets with My Apps. If Trello and Google Sheets are displayed in My Apps, the registration is complete!
Step 2: Copy the Template
Now, let's start creating the flow! We use templates for easy setup, so let's copy them first. Log into Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.
When you copy, the template will be copied to your Yoom management screen as shown below, so press "OK" to proceed with the settings.
Step 3: Setting up Trello Trigger
This is the initial setup! First, please click "When a Card is Newly Created (Webhook)".
Clicking will take you to the following screen. The section labeled account information contains the information from when you linked My Apps in Step 1. Keep the title and trigger action as they are and proceed to the next step!
Next, when the following screen is displayed, enter the required fields.
When you click on the Board ID, a list will be displayed, so please select the board you want to link with Google Sheets.
Once the input is complete, press the test button just below, and if it displays "Test Successful" in blue, proceed to the next step!
Proceeding to the next step will display the following screen.
Switch to the Trello screen and create a test card on the Trello board you just set up. Once the creation is complete, return to the Yoom screen and click "Test". Then, the information of the card you just created will be displayed in the output of the above screen.
If there are no errors, click "Save".
Step 4: Setting up Trello Action
Next, please click "Retrieve Card Information".
First, check if the account information to be linked is correct. The title and execution action are set by default.
Proceeding to the next step will display the following screen. Here, you will set up the API connection.
The "Card ID" can be selected from the suggestions displayed when you click the input bar.
After entering the information, click "Test" and check the output. If there are no issues, click "Save".
Step 5: Setting up Google Sheets Action
Finally, the last setup! Click "Add record".
Proceeding to the next step will display the following screen. Select "Add Record" for the action and click "Next". Check if the account information is correct.
For the database linkage section, refer to the part below the input field and enter the information.
Note that the Google Sheets ID and tab name can also be selected by clicking the box.
As a point of caution, you need to register headers in Google Sheets to add records. Ensure that the headers are included within the table range and press the "Next" button. ※ For this test, we created the following sheet, so the table range will be "A1:E5". As an example, we set "Board Name, List Name, Card Name, Card ID, Description" as headers.
This will transition to the detailed settings screen for database operations.
The following items are quoted from the output displayed when you click the box. Select data that matches the box item name. ※ In the case of the image, since the box item name is "Card ID", we also selected "Card ID" from Trello's data.
Once the data insertion is complete, click the "Test" button. If "Test Successful" is displayed, the setup is complete.
Finally, check the Google Sheets.
The Trello information has been successfully reflected in the specified Google Sheets. Click "Save". Thank you for your hard work!
Step 6: Set the Trigger to ON and Complete Flow Operation Preparation
This completes the flow bot! Thank you for your hard work!
Finally, turn the trigger ON. With this, all settings are complete, so when Trello is activated, check if Trello's information is added to Google Sheets! This was the method to add Trello's information to Google Sheets when Trello is activated!

Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
