For those managing tasks with Trello and schedules with Google Calendar, you might find yourself thinking, "I want to register task schedules on my calendar, but manually entering them every time is a hassle..." When tasks and schedules are managed separately, it can lead to missed registrations or misunderstandings among team members.

In this article, we will introduce a method to automate task schedule registration by leveraging data integration between Trello and Google Calendar. By using the no-code tool Yoom, you can integrate Trello card data with Google Calendar without needing specialized programming knowledge.
This can lead to improved work efficiency and more accurate schedule management!

Let's take a closer look at how to achieve smoother task management through data integration using Trello and Google Calendar!

For those who want to try it quickly

By using Yoom, you can easily connect Trello and Google Calendar without any coding.
Yoom provides templates for integrating Trello and Google Calendar, so you can achieve integration immediately just by registering, even without API knowledge.

Let's Create a Flow to Integrate Trello and Google Calendar

Let's get started by creating a flow that integrates Trello with Google Calendar!

We will use the no-code tool Yoom to proceed with the integration of Trello and Google Calendar.
If you don't have a Yoom account yet, you can create one using this registration form.

[What is Yoom]

This time, we will create a flow bot that "registers an event in Google Calendar when a Trello card is moved to a specific list"!

The creation process is broadly divided into the following steps.

  • Integrate Trello and Google Calendar with My Apps
  • Copy the template
  • Set up the Trello trigger and Google Calendar action
  • Set the trigger to ON and complete the flow operation preparation
