◼️Overview
Automatically store files attached to emails in a specified folder in Box.
You can specify any folder or file name for the storage destination.
◼️Setup Instructions
1. Connect Box and Yoom. (My App Integration)
2. Create a custom email address with the email trigger.
3. Set any approver in the "Review File Content" approval operation.
4. In Box's "Store File" operation, set the attached file obtained from the email and the desired folder for storage.
5. When an email is sent to the email address set in the email trigger, the flow bot will activate, and the attached file will be stored in Box.
◼️Notes
・Account information settings for integration with Box operations are required.
・In Box actions, replace "file name" and "content ID of the destination folder" with any values you wish to use.
