■Overview
Do you use Google Forms to collect event registrations but find it time-consuming to create events in Eventbrite based on the information submitted? Manually entering information can also lead to copy-and-paste errors and missing details. With this workflow, an event is automatically created in Eventbrite whenever a response is submitted through Google Forms, streamlining manual tasks and making event preparation more efficient.
■Recommended for
- Event coordinators who manually transfer Google Forms responses to Eventbrite
- Marketing teams looking to eliminate data entry errors when creating events and improve operational accuracy
- Anyone who wants to streamline the management of multiple events and focus more on core tasks such as planning
■Benefits of using this template
- Events are automatically created in Eventbrite when responses are submitted through Google Forms, reducing the time previously spent on manual tasks.
- By eliminating manual data entry, you can prevent human errors such as incorrect event names or dates and times, improving operational accuracy.
■How the flow works
- First, connect Google Forms and Eventbrite to Yoom.
- Next, select Google Forms as the trigger and set the action to “When a response is submitted to a form.”
- Finally, select Eventbrite as the operation and set the action to “Create an event.” Configure it to automatically populate the event details using the responses submitted through Google Forms.
※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.
