When a form is submitted in Jotform, a Contact is automatically created in PandaDoc, reducing the time previously spent on manual data entry.
By eliminating manual data transfer, you can reduce the risk of human errors such as incorrect entries and missing information.

■Workflow

First, connect Jotform and PandaDoc to Yoom.
Next, select Jotform as the trigger and set the action to “When a form is submitted.”
Then, set the Jotform “Get the latest response” action as an operation to retrieve the contents of the submitted form.
Finally, set the PandaDoc “Create Contact” action as an operation and map the information retrieved in the previous step to create a Contact.

※ “Trigger”: An action that starts the workflow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the workflow after the trigger starts.

■Customization options

In the Jotform settings, specify the form ID you want to include in the automation.
When creating a Contact in PandaDoc, map information such as the name and email address retrieved from Jotform to the corresponding fields as variables.
