■Workflow Overview
- First, connect Eventbrite and ActiveCampaign to Yoom.
- Next, select Eventbrite as the trigger and set the action to “When an attendee is registered or updated.”
- Then, use the branching feature in an operation to continue with the subsequent steps only when specific conditions are met.
- Finally, set the “Create a contact” action for ActiveCampaign in an operation to create a contact using the attendee information retrieved from Eventbrite.
※“Trigger”: An action that starts the workflow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the workflow after the trigger starts.
■Customization Options
- In the Eventbrite trigger settings, select the organization you want to include in the integration.
- In the branching settings, you can create contacts only for attendees who meet specific conditions based on information retrieved from Eventbrite, such as the event name.
- When creating a contact in ActiveCampaign, you can choose which information retrieved from Eventbrite, such as the attendee’s name and email address, is mapped to each field.
■Notes
- You must configure the integration between Yoom and both Eventbrite and ActiveCampaign.
- The trigger interval can be set to 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest available interval varies by plan. - Branching is an operation available on the Mini plan and above.
