Create a contact in Loops when a contact is updated in Close

■How the Flowbot works

1. First, connect Close and Loops to Yoom.
2. Next, select Close as the trigger and set the “Updated Contact” action.
3. Then, configure the AI feature’s “Extract data from text” action as an operation to extract the required data from the information retrieved by the trigger.
4. Finally, configure Loops’ “Create Contact” action as an operation to create a new contact using the extracted data.

※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger runs.

■Customization options

• In the AI feature’s “Extract data from text” action, you can use information retrieved from Close in the previous step as variables and specify which fields to extract.
• In the action that creates a contact in Loops, you can map fixed values or information retrieved in the previous step as variables to any Loops fields.
