Create a folder in Dropbox when a deal is created in Bitrix24

This workflow automates the integration between Bitrix24 and Dropbox, automatically creating a folder in a designated location when a Deal is created. This helps eliminate these challenges and streamline Deal management.

■Flowbot workflow

1. First, connect Bitrix24 and Dropbox with Yoom
2. Next, select Bitrix24 as the trigger and set the action to “When a new Deal is created”
3. Then, set the Dropbox “Create a folder” action as an operation and create a folder based on the Deal information retrieved by the trigger
4. Finally, set the Bitrix24 “Update a Deal” action as an operation and add information such as the URL of the created Dropbox folder to the Deal
