■How the Flowbot Works
- First, connect ClickUp to Yoom.
- Next, select ClickUp as the trigger and set the “When a task is updated” action.
- Then, set the ClickUp “Get a task” action as an operation to retrieve the details of the updated task.
- Set a condition with the “Branch” action so that the flow proceeds only when the retrieved task’s status is “Complete.”
- Next, use the “Wait” action to set the period before the task is deleted.
- Finally, set the ClickUp “Delete a task” action as an operation to delete tasks after the specified period has passed.
※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.
■How to Customize This Workflow
- In the “Wait” action, set the period from task completion to deletion in days or hours.
- For ClickUp’s “Delete a task” action, set the task ID and other details of the task to be deleted as variables based on the information retrieved in the preceding operation.

- Connect ClickUp to Yoom.
- Branching is an operation available on the Mini Plan and higher. Please note that operations configured in your Flowbot will result in an error on the Free Plan.
