Automatically convert files added to Box into dubbed audio files with ElevenLabs

■Flowbot workflow

1. First, connect Box and ElevenLabs to Yoom
2. Next, select Box as the trigger and set it to “When a file is uploaded to a folder”
3. For the operation, set up Box’s “Download a file” action to download the file detected by the trigger
4. Next, use ElevenLabs’ “Dub audio or video files into a specified language” action to start dubbing the downloaded file
5. Allow some time for processing with the “Wait” action, taking ElevenLabs’ processing time into account
6. Next, use ElevenLabs’ “Obtain the dubbed file” action to retrieve the generated dubbed file
7. Finally, use Box’s “Upload a file” action to save the retrieved dubbed file to the specified folder

※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization options

• In the Box trigger settings, enter the content ID of the folder you want to monitor
• Set a wait time using the wait feature to allow ElevenLabs to finish processing. Adjust the duration based on factors such as the file length
• In ElevenLabs’ “Dub audio or video files into a specified language” action, set the target language for dubbing

• The “Wait” operation is available only on the Team and Success plans. Please note that on the Free and Mini plans, configured Flowbot operations and Data Connect features subject to plan restrictions will result in errors.

• Files up to 300 MB can be downloaded. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.
