■Flowbot steps
  1. First, connect Google Drive and PDF.co to Yoom
  2. Next, select Google Drive as the trigger and set the action to “When a new file or folder is created in a specific folder”
  3. Then, configure the Google Drive “Download a file” action in the operation and download the PDF file detected by the trigger
  4. Next, use PDF.co’s “Upload a file” action to upload the downloaded PDF file
  5. Then, configure PDF.co’s “Convert PDF to Excel” action to convert the uploaded file into Excel format
  6. Next, use PDF.co’s “Download a file” action to download the converted Excel file
  7. Finally, use Google Drive’s “Upload a file” action to upload the downloaded Excel file to the specified folder
※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.
■Customization options
  • In the Google Drive trigger settings, specify the folder ID of the folder you want to monitor. You can also specify the folder ID of the destination folder in the file upload operation.
■Notes
  • Connect both Google Drive and PDF.co to Yoom
  • Flowbots with more than five operations can be created on the Mini plan or higher. Please note that Flowbots will not run on the Free plan.
  • The maximum downloadable file size is 300 MB. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.
  • For details on the file size limits for triggers and individual operations, see File size limits.
  • You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
  • Please note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
