With this workflow, simply upload a PDF file to a specific folder in Google Drive, and PDF.co will automatically compress it. Streamline file management and eliminate the need to optimize PDFs manually.

■Workflow
  1. First, connect Google Drive and PDF.co to Yoom
  2. Next, select Google Drive as the trigger and set the action to “When a new file or folder is created in a specific folder”
  3. Then, set the Google Drive “Download a file” action as an operation to download the file detected by the trigger
  4. Next, set the PDF.co “Upload a file” and “Compress PDF” actions as operations
  5. Finally, download the compressed file from PDF.co and save it to a specified folder using Google Drive’s “Upload a file” action
※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow; “Operation”: An action that performs processing within the flow after the trigger starts
■Customization Options
  • In the Google Drive trigger settings, specify the folder you want to monitor as the starting point for the automation
  • In PDF.co, you can customize each compression setting
  • In the final Google Drive upload settings, you can specify the destination folder for the compressed PDF file
■Notes
  • Connect both Google Drive and PDF.co to Yoom
  • Flow bots with more than five operations can be created on the Mini plan or above. Please note that flow bots will not run on the Free plan
  • The maximum downloadable file size is 300 MB. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB
  • For details on the file size limits for triggers and individual operations, see “File Size Limits”. 
  • You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
  • Please note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
