Integration Process
- Register My App to Yoom (Airtable and Discord)
- Copy the template
- Set up app triggers and integrate apps
- Turn on the trigger button and verify the integration operation
※Notice
- You can choose the trigger activation interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. The shortest activation interval you can choose varies depending on the plan, so please check in advance.
How to Create an Integration Flow for Airtable and Discord
Items to Prepare in Advance
We have listed the items needed for the integration work.
Airtable (OAuth)
- Airtable login information
- Table to add information
- Please add a Last Modified Time field.

- Base ID
- You can obtain it from the table URL. It is a value that starts with "app~".
- Table Name
- You can obtain it from the table URL. It is a value that starts with "tbl~".
Discord
- Discord account information (Discord screen operation is required)
- Access token (Bot token acquisition)
- Channel ID to send notifications
Step 1: Setting Up My App Integration
Here, we will set up the registration of app information to be integrated into Yoom. Log in to Yoom's workspace and click +New Connection within the My Apps screen.

A list of apps that can be connected to Yoom will be displayed. Select the app to connect from the search window and proceed with My App registration.

Airtable
Select Airtable from the search results.

Click Allow Access to complete the Airtable My App registration.
Discord
Enter "Discord" in the search window and click the app name that appears. A screen to enter the values required for integration will pop up.

- Account Name
- Enter any name you like.
- Access Token
- Enter the Bot token.

Enter the access token and click the Add button to complete the Discord My App registration.
