How to integrate Airtable with Smaregi to automatically add product information to Smaregi when it is added to Airtable

So, we actually tried linking Airtable and Smaregi to streamline sales operations!

By integrating these two apps, it becomes possible to automatically register product data registered in Airtable into Smaregi. This will save the trouble of manual entry and reduce the workload.
You will no longer need to register detailed products one by one in Airtable and Smaregi, saving time. Therefore, you should be able to increase the time spent on sales itself.

How to Create an Integration Flow between Airtable and Smaregi

Step 1: Integrate Airtable and Smaregi with My Apps

The template will be copied, and a screen like the one above will be displayed.
Since you have transitioned to the Yoom page called "My Projects", please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

First, integrate Yoom with each tool. Click "New Connection" at the top right.

Integration of Airtable and Yoom

1. Prepare Airtable
Prepare the Airtable you will use at this stage.

・ID (Product Code)

・Name (Product Name)

・Unit Price

・Created Time (Record Creation Time)

Be sure to set these fields as they are necessary for sending data to Smaregi based on this information.

Created Time can be set from adding fields.

It is labeled as Created Time or Creation Time.


Set it as shown in the image and insert it into the field.

2. Search
Once Airtable is ready, enter Airtable in the search box and click the Airtable icon.

3. Sign In

The Airtable sign-in screen will be displayed. Sign in with the account you want to integrate with Smaregi.

4. Add Base

After signing in, you will transition to the screen above.

Click "Add Base" in the red frame and select the base you want to send data to Smaregi.

5. Allow Access

Once the base addition is complete, press "Allow Access".

Return to the Yoom screen, and if the display above appears, the integration is complete.

Integration of Smaregi and Yoom

1. Search
Enter Smaregi in the box and select the Smaregi icon.

2. Enter Required Fields

Enter the required fields.

3. Add
Once you have entered the information, click Add at the bottom right.

If the display above appears, the integration is complete.

This concludes the My Apps integration of Airtable and Smaregi.
Next, let's set up the flow bot using the template you copied earlier.
If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the flow bot template from below.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try this template" on the redirected page
3. Register with Yoom
* If you have already registered, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.

Step 2: Setting to Retrieve Product Information Registered in Airtable

1. Open My Project


Open "My Project" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Open the Copied Template
Click "[Copy] Register product information in Smaregi when a record is registered in Airtable".

3. Select App Trigger
Click "When a record is registered" on the Airtable icon.
Since the title and other settings are complete, press Next.

4. Set Trigger Activation Interval

Set the activation interval.
You can select trigger activation intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.

5. Enter ID

Follow the supplement at the bottom of the box and copy & paste from the Airtable URL.

6. Enter the Field Name for Created Time

Created Time is the Airtable field prepared earlier.
By setting this, data will be sent to Smaregi, so be sure to configure it.

7. Execute Test
After completing the settings, press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the Airtable settings are complete. Please press Save.

Step 3: Setting to Add Data to Smaregi

1. Select App Trigger
Click "Register Product Information" on the Smaregi icon.
Since the title and other settings are complete, press Next.

2. Enter ID

Enter the contract and department ID.
Follow the supplement at the bottom of the box to enter.

3. Register Data

Since you are using a template, the settings are already complete.

These data are based on the Airtable content that was test-sent earlier.
Click the box and register from "When a record is registered" on the Airtable icon.

In the case of images, the ID (product code) is set.


Therefore, if you want to register data other than the required items, insert the test-sent data as shown in the image.

4. Execute Test


After completing the settings, press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the Airtable settings are complete.

5. Turn ON the Trigger

When the creation of the flow bot is complete, a display like the above will appear.
The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.

This completes the creation of the flow bot using Airtable and Smaregi.
