How to Create an Integration Flow between Apollo and Sansan

Here, we will explain the steps for app integration. The general flow is as follows.

・Integrate Apollo and Sansan with My Apps
・Copy the template
・Set a trigger in Apollo and set an action in Sansan
・Set the trigger to ON and prepare for flow operation
If you are already registered with Yoom, please log in. If not, register for free before proceeding with the setup.

Step 1: Integrate Apollo and Sansan with My Apps

First, integrate Apollo and Sansan with My Apps. After logging into Yoom, click "My Apps" on the left side of the screen and proceed with the setup from "+ New Connection".

Search for Apollo and click on it.

Clicking will display the Apollo connection settings screen. Enter a name of your choice for the account name and enter the API key issued here for the access token. After entering, click "Add" to complete the My Apps integration.

Next, search for Sansan and click on it.

※Sansan is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections of the flow bot you have set will result in errors, so please be careful.

※Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are subject to restrictions.

Similarly, set the account name and access token. Enter the API key issued in the Sansan management screen for the access token. After entering, click "Add" to complete the My Apps integration.

Next, proceed with the setup using the flow bot template. Log in to Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.

A message saying "Template has been copied!" will appear, so click "OK" to complete the copy.

Step 2: Set the Trigger

Next, set the trigger in Apollo.
Click "When a contact is created".

Edit the title as desired and check the account information.
Verify the account selected in "Account information linked with Apollo".
You can edit the title as desired, but do not change the trigger action, and click "Next".

Set the app trigger.
You can select the trigger interval as 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
*Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.
After setting, click "Test".

After the test, check if the information retrieved from Apollo is displayed in the output.
After confirming, click "Save".

Step 3: Set the Action

Next, configure the action settings for Sansan.
Click "Register business card data".

As before, edit the title as desired and check the account information, then proceed by clicking "Next" without changing the action.

Next, configure the business card data to be registered in Sansan.
Click the blank space and select the relevant item from the displayed options.
You can select "Output" or "Date" obtained from Apollo.
After setting each item, click "Test" to check if the business card data is registered in Sansan.
If there are no issues, click "Save".

Click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the preparation for flow operation.
Now, when contact information is registered in Apollo, the information will be automatically added to Sansan.
