How to Create an Integration Flow between Apollo and Sasuke

Here, we will explain the steps for app integration.
The general flow is as follows:
・Integrate Apollo and Sasuke with My Apps
・Copy the template
・Set a trigger in Apollo and set an action in Sasuke
・Set the trigger to ON and complete the preparation for flow operation
If you are already registered with Yoom, please log in. If not, register for free and proceed with the setup.

Step 1: Integrate Apollo and Sasuke with My Apps

First, integrate Apollo and Sasuke with My Apps.
After logging into Yoom, click "My Apps" on the left side of the screen and proceed with the setup from "+ New Connection".

Search for Apollo and click on it.

On the next screen, enter any account name and input the API key issued here as the access token.
After entering, click "Add" to complete the My Apps integration.

Next, search for Sasuke and click on it.

Enter the required fields and click "Add".
※ Please obtain the "Access Token" and "API Key" from Sasuke.

Next, log in to Yoom and copy the Flowbot template from the "Try it" banner below.

"Template has been copied!" will be displayed, so click "OK" to complete the copy.

Step 2: Set the Trigger

Click "When contact is created" to set the Apollo trigger.

Next, check the account selected in "Account information linked with Apollo". You can also edit the title as desired. On the other hand, do not change the trigger action and click "Next".

Select the app trigger interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan. After setting, click "Test".

Check if the information obtained from Apollo is displayed in the output, and if there are no issues, click "Save".

Step 3: Set the Action

Next, set the action for Sasuke. Click "Register customer information".

As before, check the title and account information. Do not change the action and click "Next".

Set up the registration of customer information. For details on how to obtain various setting items in Sasuke, please refer to here. Check and obtain the "Item Key" and "Item Name" in Sasuke's customer table settings. Refer to the annotations for the "Value", click the field, and select the item name that corresponds from the displayed options. Click "+ Add Record Information" and perform the above settings for each item you want to save. After setting, click "Test" and check if new customer information is registered in Sasuke. If there are no issues, click "Save".

Click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the preparation for flow operation. Now, the contact information registered in Apollo will be automatically added to Sasuke.
