How to integrate Yoom's email receiving function with LINE WORKS to automatically translate English emails and notify LINE WORKS

s.ougitani

Recently, globalization has been advancing, and I think more companies are establishing bases overseas.
Along with this, team members are becoming more multinational, and you might feel the language barrier at times.
This article will introduce in detail about "Automatically translating English emails and notifying LINE WORKS".
Why not use AI features to automatically translate incoming emails and improve work efficiency?
Furthermore, by utilizing Yoom, you can integrate apps with no code, making it easy for non-engineers to try.
Please take a look.

Benefits of Integrating Email and LINE WORKS

Benefit 1: Smooth Communication

Since English emails are automatically translated, you can reduce the time and effort spent on translation.
If you manually translate each time, it can increase the steps in administrative work and feel burdensome.
By automating, English emails are translated immediately upon arrival and notified to LINE WORKS, enabling smooth communication with overseas members and customers.
As a result, you may be able to allocate time to other important tasks such as sales activities, improving work efficiency.

Benefit 2: Consistent and Error-Free Translation

By automating translation, you can expect to reduce translation errors.
If frequent manual exchanges of English occur, there might be cases of forgetting to translate or inconsistencies in translation content.
Automation can prevent such human errors and achieve relatively consistent translation content.
Notifying LINE WORKS can also prevent missing email confirmations.
Consequently, you may be able to communicate with overseas members based on stable translation content, improving work productivity.
