By using this template, you don't need to set up automation from scratch, which is convenient.

The process consists of only 4 steps, so it can be set up in 10-15 minutes.

  1. Register Google Meet and LINE WORKS as My Apps
  2. Set a trigger to activate when a meeting ends in Google Meet
  3. Set an action to send a message to a talk room in LINE WORKS
  4. Verify the automation between Google Meet and LINE WORKS

Step 1: Register Google Meet and LINE WORKS as My Apps

Let's register Google Meet and LINE WORKS as My Apps to connect them to Yoom.
Registering as My Apps first makes the automation setup easy.

First, register Google Meet as My App.
Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen.
Search for Google Meet from "Search by App Name" or find it from the app list.

When the following screen is displayed, please log in to Google Meet.

Next, let's register LINE WORKS as My App.
This is described in Yoom's help page, so please refer to it for registration.

Step 2: Set a Trigger to Activate When a Meeting Ends in Google Meet

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Read the following screen display and click "OK".

The following screen will be displayed, so please check the "Title" and "Description".
If changes are necessary, you can make them from the page below.
Since you will start with the Google Meet settings, click "After the meeting ends".

When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

  • "Title" → Can be changed if necessary
  • "Account information linked with Google Meet" → Check if the account is correct
  • "Trigger action" → After the meeting ends

When the following screen is displayed, check the setup method.

When the following screen is displayed, select the "Trigger interval" from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
※ Please note that the trigger interval varies depending on the plan.
Once input is complete, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Step 3: Set up an action to send a message to a talk room in LINE WORKS

Next, to set up LINE WORKS, click "Send a message to the talk room".
The following screen will be displayed, so check the settings.

  • "Title" → Can be changed if necessary
  • "Account information linked with LINE WORKS (API2.0)" → Check if the account is correct
  • "Action" → Send a message to the talk room

When the following screen is displayed, check the precautions.
You can obtain the Bot ID by creating a bot here or by adding a bot in the management screen.

Scroll down and check the description, then set the "Bot ID" and "Talk Room ID".

Scroll down and use the Google Meet output to set the "Message".
You can select the Google Meet output by clicking the arrow in the red frame.
Set the items you want to notify in LINE WORKS as desired.
Once the setup is complete, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Step 4: Verify the automation between Google Meet and LINE WORKS

Finally, click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the automation setup.
Check if the flow bot starts correctly.
